Good proximity to Lost Dutchman State Park and easy to get to from Phoenix. Pricing was fair and the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was nothing special but I still appreciated that the breakfast was included as most places have done away with that now. Staff was friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was very nice.

Would have given a 5 star but our heat didn't work in our room. Was offered to change rooms but we were already unpacked and only had one more night. We were able to manage.

I have received nothing but bad service from this hotel. First, I supplied a credit card form for a reservation and instead of ensuring the reservation was set to that card they just used the one that it was booked online with (which was 2 separate cards). Then trying to get the issue resolved took over 3 weeks as the General Manager would NOT return my calls. I finally was able to have a front desk agent assist me and still to this day I never received a call from the GM.

Then, I went to make another reservation today with the front desk as I had supplied a credit card form for the reservation. The agent made it seem very inconvenient to have to help me and instead of helping me, she put me on hold for over 20 minutes. and when I tried to call back they wouldn't answer.

I was in the industry for 5 years, and this service does not make sense to me. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone simply for the service they have provided.

Service was very bad. The lady at the front desk was rude, and acted like we were an inconvenience for her to speak to us. We will never go back.
The manager did give is some $ refund.

The location is what it is. The room was great. Clean. AC worked..etc.. I just wish someone could be found at the front desk. Every time we needed to talk to someone, they were always hiding in the back. Had to wait a minute or so for them to come out and say hi. Also, one man accused my daughter of stealing from the market just because she poked her head in and didn't buy anything. The same man wouldn't give extra key cards for my kids to use the pool.

Awesome rooms and very comfortable bed. Hotel is in a great location with access to many amenities. Kayleigh was incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind in assisting our group and made our check-in process easy.

This is a beautiful hotel, and I love staying at residence inn because they are always great. We normally stay for a week, maybe longer and we don't like housekeeping to come in because we have all of our things and this time we had our dog in the room... the 1 thing we didn't appreciate was the rude stares from housekeeping, and being made to feel like we're doing something wrong.
1st I can clean up after myself thank you.
2nd we always buy cleaning stuff to maintain thier level of cleanliness. Take out our trash, do our laundry, dishes, vacuum, etc.
Lastly, U know where u can go with your little attitudes, because when we left it was cleaner than when we arrived. (They have a lot of rooms, yes, but you knew what you were signing up for so there shouldn't be food crumbs in cabinets, the bottom tray in the freezer has NEVER been cleaned, and a few other things that I didnt complain about but now I am because I really don't like to feel like I dont want to leave the room or go back to my room when housekeeping is in the hall. Mind your business, and do your job) (that last sentence was a little harsh, but so was thier attitudes.. so.....)

Was staying at this hotel only because it was the hotel room block for my sister’s wedding. I completed the online check in the day before, and when I got to the hotel to check in, the lady asked for a card to put down, the room was already paid for with a different card, the lady was unhelpful, and due to time constraints I was unable to check in at that time. When I returned with the card to check in, the same lady said oh you’re already checked in and didn’t even need the card! She handed me the keys and did not even tell me the room number, without having me ask. Once I got to the room, the refrigerator was making an awful noise, it was extremely warm in the room (the AC was not on), and the pullout couch did not have sheets. The pillows were feather when it was requested to not have feathers, no foam pillows in sight. I’ll update once I spend more time in the room, but chances are, it won’t improve the rating. Every person related to the wedding has experienced nothing problems.
