We (family of 5) stopped here on our way to Mississippi and we're very impressed by the outside appearance of the hotel. The lobby still smelled like new carpet and paint. The two ladies who checked us in were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was wonderful! The couch was comfortable, access to streaming was amazing, but mostly the separation from the living room to the bedroom was great. The only issue that I had was the shower being slippery. My little fell and busted his tail immediately. Otherwise I would definitely stop here again.

Spacious rooms with all the basic kitchen necessities provided (dish detergent, dishwashing powder, sponge, pots, pans, knives, cutting board, mixing bowl etc.). Breakfast was hit or miss, but coffee was always good. Small bar in lobby served its purpose. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. There are pet waste bags, but I wish they had trash cans next to bag dispensers. Very convenient place to stay with my dog while my mom was hospitalized at Brookwood.

Overall, me and my dog enjoyed our stay!

Bonvoy member for decades. Stopped by this hotel for about an hour, waiting for my guests to arrive. Went outside near an ashtray pole to enjoy a cigar, away from everyone. Was informed that the hotel manager (Nichole Kent) wants me off the property. No smoking allowed. I asked why they have ashtrays outside, but that apparently does not matter. I am told to leave the property. Terminated the cigar out of respect (again, absolutely nobody around) as I wait for the manager to arrive as they are off-site. Not sure why I am not allowed to sit in the lobby, away from anyone. Hospitality business is not very welcoming. No reason for them to be so rude. Smoking is not allowed, even if you sit next to an ashtray? Further, if you don't have a reservation, you are not allowed to sit in the lobby. Who cares if you are a Bonvoy member? Customer service does not exist at this property.

We stayed here in the beginning of March 2025. They advised at the desk they had just opened two weeks prior. Well that may be a factor in why this hotel just didn’t seem to have their stuff together. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk asked for my credit card. I assumed for incidentals. She charged the entire amount for the room when I had already paid for the room before hand. She advised me the charge would disappear in 7-10 business days. Well the charge went from pending to posted. Took me forever to get someone on the phone to talk to someone about this matter. All she told me to do was contact my bank. So now I’m having to go through an entire dispute with my bank because you did not do what you said and cancel the charge. Thank you for inconveniencing me. On top of this, the first room we were placed in obviously had a leak from the bathtub because the carpet was soaking wet between the bathroom and bedroom. They accommodated us and moved us to another room and then it was constant issues with getting our key cards to work. I do not have a single complaint in the kindness of the staff because they were very kind and patient. I do not have a single complaint about the room either because it was very nice and accommodating for our family. I understand you are a new hotel but please do better.

Really great hotel. New, clean, comfy and quiet. My only qualm is my Apple Maps took me to an abandoned building about 3min north of the hotel. I had to stop and try google maps which I don’t like and it found the right location. Other than lots of U-turns to get there got the rest I needed.

I'm giving 5 stars because everything was great. We were greeted by 2 of the sweetest ladies Summer and Tamara at check in. Room was so clean, bed and pillows super comfy, if we have to go back to this area this will be our go to hotel! Just a few miles from shopping and restaurants.

Although the hotel is beautiful because it's brand new there are a lot of issues with the hotel

-They didn't have hand soap. They said it was because their shipment didn't come in but how hard is it for management to go out to the store and buy some. It's unsanitary. How are you going to eat breakfast, touch the elevator or go into the gym if no one is using soap on their hands

-there is a weird fan in the bathroom you can't turn off

-there are no sleep timers on the TV

-the air conditioner wasn't great

-the mattress was terrible. Cheapest mattress Mariott could buy. Better off sleeping in an economy seat on a plane.

I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel has only been open 3 days and it's very nice. The staff was welcoming, rooms are nice, bed slept well, and the big plus is they have a full breakfast which many hotels don't have anymore. Location is great and right next to one of my favorite restaurants, Bricktop.
