I wish I could give this hotel more than five stars! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the king suite and it was so clean and well stocked. We appreciate the kindness of all the staff and especially the front desk attendant Leah! She was kind, helpful, and extremely informative. Our stay here was so much better than the stay we just had over at the Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa. This hotel may not boast the the "views", but as far as cleanliness and customer service, this hotel blows them out of the water! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night in Florence, AL- very appreciative to find a room last minute. This room was presented with “Best view”
Of area from room - so funny as I opened curtains next morning to the exhaust /green fan as my view. I’m not one to be critical but the frig has this “loud shiver sound” about once an hour all night long … the shower had pink mold and the hairdryer didn’t work. As we were leaving/checking out - no one was at front desk - I waited and waited - getting the breakfast girl to see if she could help then the housekeeping - so I just left the keys on desk. This is not how Residence Inn normally treats their customers ….

Interaction with staff was fine and common areas are nice. Breakfast was typical and included eggs and bacon. However our room needed updated. While relatively clean, it just looked tired. Furniture and cabinets were dented and scratched. No overhead light or floor lamp in the living area. Bathroom grout had been retouched multiple times. Could hear the folks walking in the room above us. Chest of drawers drawers never would stay closed…just odd.

This hotel consistently has plumbing issues as well as no AC in the common areas on higher floors. Also even when you have stayed there over 25 times during the last 3 years they don’t care and treat you like a stranger. This goes not only for the front desk but also the general managers.

Let me start by saying that I travel way to much and 98% of my stays are in a Residence Inn. I have to say that all of the Residence Inn that I stay are GREAT. BUT sometime you come a cross a team that really works and I found that team In Florence AL. with that being said I want to recognize one individual that I feel went way beyond the scope of her duties. Her name is Amanda she works in housekeeping. She seems to always have a smile on the face even when she is working so hard. She in a inspiration. So let me say THANK YOU AMANDA.

This hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. It had a lot of the things you would expect in a home, but not a hotel. It has an outside area with a grill, seating and a fire pit. It is equipped with all of the things you need for one night or for a month. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I will never stay in this hotel ever again! It said it's a pet friendly hotel its not ... I have a disability dog that barks some time I gave him medicine to keep him calm I had this Rude Manager come to my door and tell me if I don't keep my dog quit I have to leave .mean while there were dogs barking . She was racist to finish it off ganged up. On me with three people wow

Need to be updated! Could hear things dropping in the room above. Had a good time in the pool and on the basketball court. Enjoyed sitting outside with family and conversing with other people lodging at the hotel|Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
