We were in town for a wedding and decided to book here since it was close to the wedding venue. The location is convenient but the rooms were disgusting and dusty. The shower head had visible mildew. The key cards don’t work as they should on all exterior doors and my mom got locked out when she went out one of the exits.

I had booked a specific room on the first floor based on our previous stay, and when we arrived we had been "upgraded" to a better room on the third floor. This was quite inconvenient because we were traveling with a pet. Jordan was very apologetic about the change, but they were completely booked and couldn't accommodate us in our original room. When we got to our room, the television in the living area did not work. Jordan was very helpful and eventually got the television working. Although our stay was acceptable, I was disappointed that my original reservation was not honored and that I was not notified of the change in rooms.

Positive: Clean, quiet, spacious room, fantastic staff. Negative: Free breakfast wasn?t great. It was fine but I expected better from a Marriott. I think Hampton does it better.

Stayed in a two bedroom with our pet. The staff very friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, the facilities were super clean and no smell. The breakfast was very good I wasn’t expecting all the food they offered and the quality of it. We were well rested and ready for the long drive ahead. Thank you Dothan Residence Inn.

Booked thru Priceline.com and process was fluid! Room was spotless, clean and well furnished, breakfast. Got a KS bed w/sofa, kitchen, etc.- like an apt for $87! Best experience in a long, long time. Kudos to the staff here- excellent!

Great place, they have breakfast and a small workout place. They also have a pool and grill. The room has a full kitchen and living room. They have a computer section. They also a small store to buy snacks. You can also hang in the lounge area with a fireplace. Really nice.

Positive: Size and layout of room Negative: Check in registration was delayed? clerk was away from desk tending to other guest requests.TV didn?t work. Clerk tried new batteries, remote? no resolution. Maintenance personnel was called in ? arrived after bedtime hours.

Everything was great about this location BUT the service. The only reason I give it 1 star is because Jordyn at the front desk was absolutely horrible. Her attitude was very nice nasty and she threaten us to charge full price on our (membership priced) room due to our Marriott form. We informed her that we did have our form and always emailed it when staying at the hotel. Keep in mind when I checked in. Barbra never asked me for the form or it would’ve been on file when she came in. Instead Jordyn responded by threatening to charge us full price telling us we need to print a copy and turn it in while we were rushing out to our event, we came 4 hours out of town for. I informed her it would be printed when. I got back. But I had it. She said ok that was fine. Well upon our return we came back to our room with a paper under our door with a note of a price that would be charged IF the form wasn’t turned in and when I went to the front desk to have it printed she said (to her coworker) while I was standing there to inform her I had the paper and was ready to print it and ask how I could get it printed, she was off the clock and done for the night and not speaking to me and left all while knowing she went in and changed our price to our room and never informed the front desk auditor Angel of anything before leaving. She was rude. We felt harassed and threatened and she wrongfully changed our price significantly from what we paid when she confirmed we could print it when we got back. I have never dealt with someone so rude and nasty. And I always stay at this hotel. Smh. If you stay and see Jordyn at the front please go somewhere else. I will be contacting corporate office about this worker and location. Thank God for Angel for all his help for making us reassured EVEYTHiNG would be fixed. And corrected before we checked out. If not for him I would be contacting our lawyers in the morning but he helped a lot. So thanks Angel! But I still will like to speak to management!
