Conveniently located right next to the Rosemont Horizon. Food options within walking distance. Friendly greeting from desk staff. Suite was very spacious - kitchenette is great for a longer-term stay. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Parking is $25/day. No resort fee. I would definitely return.

Rooms are a bit tight and when we added the crib, it was even more difficult to walk around.
The kitchen is good and has everything you need.
Staff is Amazing! All of them super friendly.
The shuttle is a small van, not the bigger trucks other hotels have. It was a bit tricky to hop on with a child in arms.
Both drivers were super helpful and exceptional.
Buffet breakfast was great! The self making pancakes machine was super nice.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Allstate Arena. Parking a bit steep but understandable for the city/airport area. Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Definitely a bit outdated/worn out but they are clearly doing the best they can with what they have. Great breakfast. This is my second time staying and would stay again!

Very friendly staff, nice bedrooms and breakfast included. Excellent choice for the price, close to the airport and includes airport shuttle (the service is not available all night, so take it into consideration). Super recommended if you have a short stay in Chicago!

Had to be moved 2 times due to ants in the rooms. The third room we were moved to had hair in the sink, and the lamp shades were broken. It also had a broken window that was crudely taped up. Nicely laid out rooms, but the upkeep was horrid.

I stayed at this location to attend a concert at Allstate Arena. The location was incredibly close - I could see the venue from the side doors of the hotel building. The walk to the venue was just across the parking lot behind Target. Lots of places to walk to pick up food as well. I felt safe as a single woman at the hotel and surrounding areas. Service was very professional and prompt. The airport shuttle ran on time and was very easy to use. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The hotel requires significant upgrades. Several amenities, including missing items in the rooms, loose tiles in the restrooms, and malfunctioning television remotes, are present. Furthermore, the staff’s apparent lack of concern exacerbates the situation. In comparison, I have visited numerous Residence Inn locations across the United States, and this establishment stands out as the most subpar.

Very nice location, quiet at night and right around the corner from many restaurants and a Target. The rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast and they have an airport shuttle. Surprised there was no ironing board or iron in the room, but there was a place for them so that may be a fluke.
