I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed. The shower had no hot water, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I brought this up at the front desk including saying that I wanna do early checkout , she said so what? , the middle-aged blonde woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Basic courtesy and warm water shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This hotel is a reminder why travel is so miserable. Despite having plenty of free parking in the area, this hotel has a sneaky way of charging you for parking after you have left. Their rooms are right next to the road, so good luck sleeping. Our company has delisted them for travel, because they dont seem to want to improve. I suspect this is because they feel they can get away with the poor service they provide. Ps dont listen to hotel's response. Talk is cheap, when I tried to get a refund Cynthia refused to listen, despite me informing her, that the hotel could lose our company business

Room was comfy. Nice sitting area to relax and watch TV. Spacious desk for work purposes. Nice kitchen and table. Staff friendly. Plenty of amenities nearby including shopping and food.

My reservation was cancelled by AGM Ken Whiteside and Director of Sales Brooke DeLucio over email with less than 24 hours to check-in with no explanation or reason in the email. ||I called and Ken Whiteside answered with no sympathy stating that some rooms were taken out of order and under my rate, I was to be cancelled first. I’ve worked with Marriott for a handful of years and the proper protocol is to walk the guest to another property at the same rate. With no other suggestions and flying in from a different state, I had to scramble to find other reservations day-of at absurd rates. This entire experience was inhospitable and unprofessional. I would not make reservations here because you can just get cancelled within 24 hours because they want other reservations with higher paying rates. My reservation was made months in advance so if they really wanted to penny pinch, they could’ve given me at least couple weeks notice.||Aimbridge needs to do better with their employees and start doing what’s right.

DeDe was amazing and she went above and beyond to fix what they made a mistake on. Breakfast area is kept clean and the staff are nice and greet everyone with a big smile.

Nice! Customer service and rooms. It's like a one bedroom apartment and you have an ice maker in freezer. Breakfast included was good, do was hot coffee & cold brew 😁 new go to when I come in town for work

I was in town on business, this hotel seemed like it had mixed reviews, it was late and I went with it. The room was good, spacious and clean. The hotel facility seemed clean. The breakfast is the typical buffet - waffles and the mystery scrambled eggs etc, but I didn’t stay here for the breakfast … There’s plenty of parking here as well. The lady behind the desk had a positive personality which was nice to walk into late at night while checking in. I would stay here again.

Extremely poor customer service!! Sales Director canceled our room 24 hours in advance when the reservation was booked for over half a year. Ken didn’t not provide us a call and simply emailed us saying our reservation was cancelled without any explanation. He is incredible unprofessional.
