I stay at a lot of Marriott banner hotels, this hotel is very unique in the style of rooms, etc. room was very clean and location is nice. However, the breakfast was awful. Every day. (I was here almost a week) The breakfast attendant was rude, trash cans were overflowing, the breakfast bar was messy. I was here for work so would come to breakfast around 7/7:30- and the main courses were never even out (eggs, sausage, potatoes) mind you, I was told breakfast started at 6.. my thoughts would be that if breakfast STARTS AT 6, everything would be ready at 6. This hotel needs to realize most people are here traveling for work through the week and are up early. Everyday I wouldn’t even eat breakfast here and would have to buy breakfast externally because nothing was out… don’t advertise breakfast if it’s never available. Please do better.

Suites are spacious and well laid out, helpful staff, decent breakfast included. Very good value. Ultimately wished we could have stayed longer because it was so nice! One of the closest restaurants about a minute's drive away is Jimmy Thai, award-winning and absolutely delicious. I think the only thing that would be mildly annoying about staying there would be needing to walk to breakfast across the parking lot in potentially bad weather, but we had no problems.

This has been perfect for our needs. Lou and Andrew have made each time nicer than the last. They even gotten to know the kids. Clean, friendly, & spacious. The young lady who gets the breakfast together is wonderful and nice always ready to help.

Several friends and I got multiple rooms at the Residence Inn. The management and staff were so kind and accommodating. It feels like a little campus. Even though it's tucked into a business park, it's very quiet with lots of room for dogs to run around. We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. We are reserving a block of rooms for the future and feel completely comfortable in Efrain's hands.

We are from Germany and are in the area on business. We had actually booked another accommodation for a 5-week stay. This was terrible, we wanted to change quickly and found this hotel online. We went straight there and wanted to see for ourselves. we met Michael Bowles, a great man. He was very nice and even showed us a room. It was possible that we could move the next morning. The environment is quiet, there are sidewalks, you can walk to supermarkets, and the room is really great. It's cleaned well every week and everyone is really nice. The breakfast is good enough and so is the gym. We are really happy that we had such a pleasant stay here. Thanks especially to Michael!

My family of 5 had to stay here on two separate occasions this year, a couple months total due to our home getting renovations. It was not an easy adjustment with three small children but the staff is so nice. They were so helpful to me one time even offering to help me carry groceries up to the room and sending someone right away to fix the air conditioning when it wasn’t working well. The grounds were always clean and tidy. The cleaning from housekeeping once a week was a perk too. My kids loved the pool and will probably talk about this hotel forever. Thanks for your hospitality!

Stayed here for 2 months. The breakfast was amazing for gluten free offerings. Muffins - chocolate and blueberry, and bagels all from Udi.

All the staff were great but that's sounds so boring so let's call them out. Harley(Quinn), Andrew, Michael, Efrain, and Luke are all courageous and curtiously problem solvers.
Breakfast staff was outstanding, and the rooms were spotless.

There is a great dog walk on property that has hills that can tire both kids and beast alike.

Pool area is big and has a nice pool.

Pretty good stay! The hotel is off the main road so there isn’t a lot of traffic. The surrounding area is more upscale and, as two single sisters traveling, we both felt very safe in our environment. The only noise we could hear at night was a couple trains - the tracks must be relatively close!||We stayed in a two bedroom loft - and the space was amazing! I have to say though that the carpet is pretty worn, but clean and the natural lighting from the living room windows could be better. ||Because we were only there for the weekend, we had no housecleaning which wasn’t a problem. The kitchen had extra paper towels and garbage bags and both bathrooms had extra TP and facial tissues. My only complaint (and it is really small) is that the upstairs bed only had a comforter on it - but no sheet like the first floor bedroom did. I don’t know how often they wash the comforters, so it made me wonder who else had been sleeping under it! ||We checked out the breakfast that was included - but opted to make a run to McDonald’s which is right around the corner. I’m not a fan of pre-made waffles and breakfast sandwiches that are left in a steamer. ||My sister and I come to the Chicago area at least once a year just for a girls weekend get away and have decided that this hotel is our new go-to! Perfectly located for trips to Downtown Chicago or Milwaukee!
