IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!. THE STAFF THERE ARE RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AND REPORTING THEM FOR MY EXPERIENCE, I want to file a complaint with My Rent a Center Store in South Chicago Heights IL. My Washer has been broken for a whole month. And they keep expecting me to keep paying every 2 weeks and they keep telling me to call whirlpool but I want to get a replacement washer not to be fixed as it keeps taking forever for anyone to stop by and look at it. And The staff has been rude to me and one of the store managers just told me since I've haven't paid my balance today they definitely not coming to send anyone out.

Horrible. Nobody answers the phones, delivery never happened. No texts, emails, or phone calls were made to me. And they still haven’t contacted me or answered the phone. I want to cancel. I don’t even want the furniture anymore. I would give 0 stars if I could

From beginning to end Alicia was a huge help. I wasn’t able to go in and check th in ga out but was able to get everything taken care of over the phone staffing was super polite and helpful. The bed I purchased is omg amazing!!!! So comfortable and relaxing. The person who delivered was polite and helpful with set up. Thank you again Alicia you and your team are great!!

Went in on Monday morning to begin a rental agreement and started the process with a new employee, she had issues locating the item we wanted and asked the manager for help and was told “I’m busy figure it out!” The area or district manager was there also (skinny blonde ) who also didn’t help.we got a call 15 minutes after delivery time to tell us they can’t find the item but will send a substitute. When we went to pay first week the payment was more than rental agreement we signed and we are paying for the more expensive item we don’t have! The manager tried to tell us the price was correct although we looked online and it was over $20 a week cheaper! We will be sending our items back and will never return here. It’s so sad what this place has become in a short time. I have rented/bought multiple items in the past. The delivery guys are great as are other employees but the manager of this place is going to ruin this store as she wants the $ while others do all the work.
