Had a "Spa Day for Spring Break" with my daughter yesterday. Kerrie was wonderful about scheduling us in together for both a facial and a massage during a very busy week. The facility is clean and beautiful, and all the people we met were very nice and there to take care of us immediately!
Josie did our facials and was spectacular. I asked tons of questions and she is so knowledgeable in her field. Not to mention the facial itself was gentle yet produced great results.
My massage was equally wonderful. I prefer deep tissue, and Lisa gave me a wonderful mix of massage and relaxation.
In between the facials and massages, we sat in the infrared sauna, which definitely helped the relaxation process.

Tried the electroacupunture with Dr. Matt about a month ago because I was having high levels of pain throughout my legs (IT bands) and couldn't even lay on my sides; even after working with pain management! All I can say is WOW what a difference it made after just one visit! I had my second visit today and can't wait to reap the benefits of this session!! This is more than a 5 star review. It’s like a 5 star times 10. For my first massage at Renewed wellness today for my birthday and to say it was amazing is an understatement. The environment is very relaxing, the kindness of the staff admirable and the massage its self was top notch! 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 I cannot wait to go back! Worth every penny.
