I had heard from friends that this is a great place to relax and reset. This was my first visit, so I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived, the beautiful clean lines and feeling of serenity captivated me. The peaceful and relaxing ambience surrounded me. Reception personnel spoke in muted tones and I was ushered into a modern sitting area adjacent to the women's changing room. This was just the beginning of a blissful afternoon. I had the scrub, wrap and massage by Anna as well as a facial by Kate. The services provided were kind, gentle, caring and thoughtful. Every detail was meticulously presented down to the piece of comfort chocolate on top of the towels. My scrub was firm, effective as I felt every pore of my body exfoliated and cleansed. Then the entire body wrap felt minty and so cleansing, followed by a shower (yes, she even started the shower water at the perfect temperature so I could just hop in) and then she gave me a massage. I was transported into a world of care and comfort that was unmatched by previous spa experiences. Kate's facial was the icing on the cake. She is so professional and detail oriented - I felt like nothing was missed and I received such a fresh and caring facial treatment. I have traveled quite extensively and have visited spas in Japan, the UK, Germany, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia. Nothing quite matched my experience at Renata's Organics. I plan to visit again soon. It doesn't get better than this.

Last Saturday, I experienced a KOBIDO Face Lifting Massage with Jola, and I was thoroughly impressed. Her expertise and skill are evident—she truly is a master of her craft. The entire experience was both deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I hadn’t realized just how much tension I was carrying in my face and the impact it had on my overall appearance. The results were remarkable; my face appeared rested, refreshed, and noticeably more youthful INSTANTLY.

I had the pleasure of experiencing hands down the best massages of my life at this spa, all thanks to Kasia. Opting for the 90-minute cupping massage proved to be an exceptional choice, working out some persistent knots, and providing an incredible sense of relaxation.

On the beauty front—Margaret's facials are absolutely amazing, leaving your skin glowing and rejuvenated. She's also a wizard at brow waxing and tinting, ensuring you leave looking as good as you feel. If you're seeking a top-notch spa experience, look no further. This place has mastered the art of relaxation and beauty, making every visit unforgettable.

I tried to communicate with Renata regarding my issues, and although she did respond - nothing was resolved. It looks like I am not alone with this issue after reading the low reviews. I was promised by Renata that my concerns will be re-evaluated and "more equalized solutions will be made" but it looks like these are just empty words as these issues have been going on for a at least year now based on previous similar complaints. It was not what I was looking for. My main issue is the double standard of them requesting people to give 24 hours notice or be charged but yet I came in for service only to find out I would need to wait at least 30 min longer to be seen. I did receive a VM 1.5 hours before (that unfortunately I did not get until later on that day) but the VM only posed a question if I could come in later. I do not have that luxury as I work Saturdays and in order to be seen I would need to miss my other two appointments later on. I was offered 10% off my next services which is not adequate and equivalent at all to my lost time and their policy. I made Renata aware of this but looks like no one cares. I was a long customer of theirs but it looks like at the end they do not care to keep a customer especially after they mess up. It is a shame.
