I am thoroughly impressed with the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale! To start, we arrived early (9:30am) as we were flying in from the east coast, and I was prepared to have to wait for our room to be ready later in the day. To my surprise, Jackie at the front desk was able to get us in our room right away. My daughter was competing in a dance competition at 1pm so it was such a relief to be able to get settled in and get ready in our own room! Secondly, this hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants, an outlet mall, movie theater, and many other fun things to do all within walking distance. For an out of towner with no rental car, this is a huge plus. Lastly, our hotel room is spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom, which made for a most comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Renaissance to anyone traveling to this area and we would absolutely stay here again.

Kelly was an outstanding server during our recent visit. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and maintained a friendly, attentive demeanor throughout the meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and accommodated dietary restrictions with ease and professionalism.

What really stood out was Kelly’s attention to detail—our drinks were always full, courses arrived at perfect intervals, and she checked in just enough to ensure we were happy without ever being intrusive. Her timing and service felt effortless, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

She brought me tea and honey and ginger ale in effort to help me recover from my cough and cold. It was such a special touch.

Overall, Kelly’s excellent service significantly elevated our visit. She is a true asset to the team, and we would be thrilled to be seated in her section again.

Our stay here was so great. Diana makes the best dirty martinis at the bar. Our room was so clean and cool. The drinks and a book by the pool. And great food inside and outside the hotel. Such a cute down town area in west gate. With the water shows and great restaurants for brunch and dinner. Great shopping at the outlets across the street great shopping and 25% select stores. Will definitely be back.

What a treat! The newly renovated rooms and hotel are superb! Bedding was extremely comfortable, everything was clean, and food was delicious. It was also QUIET in the rooms!

But the best part was how extremely helpful and kind Jackie was at the front desk. I arrived extremely sleep deprived and stressed and had an emotional meltdown in front of her. She was patient and kind and so accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel staff was excellent! The rooms were spotless and appeared to have been recently renovated—everything was in great shape. The restaurant team was friendly as well, special thanks to Sharon for her great service.

The bar and outdoor spaces were also impressive. Parking was simple and accessible, though there is a fee. If you’re searching for a quality hotel in the area, this one definitely leans toward the upscale side.

We just arrived and Jackie was able to check us in early. It’s our first time here and she had a lot of knowledge and suggested some really cool restaurants and things to do. So friendly and the hotel room is very spacious and clean. Thank you!

In addition to the hotel being great, dining in the hotel restaurant for breakfast was a really nice experience. The quality of the food was really good and our server Sharon was very attentive and cheerful. She served us twice and both times she started our morning with a great smile and energy!

If you are here for spring training, this is a great hotel to stay at!

Stopped by the café during my stay and had an awesome experience. The service was super friendly and laid-back, which made it a great start to my morning. Karisma was really helpful and made some great suggestions. Coffee was solid, and the vibe in the café was relaxed—perfect for hanging out or getting a little work done. Definitely appreciated the hospitality!

Sandra at the front desk was AMAZING. She genuinely cares about the guest experience and provided EXCEPTIONAL service!! My daughter has food sensitivities and she needed almond milk. The restaurant was closed and so was the shop. She went and spoke to the food and beverage department and got us almond milk. The restaurant manager’s name is Marissa. They both went above and beyond to meet our needs and my heart was honestly touched. Thank you to Sandra and Marissa for both being so thoughtful and providing exceptional service!!

I just checked out of the hotel and I also have to provide a shout out to two restaurant staff- one with awesome bangs and the other with glasses, brown hair, green eyes. They remembered I wanted extra ranch and ketchup with my daughter’s chicken tender order and provided that without even being asked. Charisma at the front desk was incredible. There was a perfume smell that I was allergic to the last night of my stay and she was able to move me to a room two doors down and even brought up the room key for me to make it convenient for me.

This property was renovated, clean, and the staff went above and beyond. There were heartfelt touch points throughout my stay and that is what makes this hotel extremely awesome!
