Absolutely wonderful. Joline is so strong and really worked out the knots in my shoulders. She was so kind and professional. Absolutely recommend going to her. The room was warm and the hot stones at the end was so relaxing!! Will definitely be going back!

I am saddened to have to post this because I really used to love this place. But I don't ever want someone to risk the experience that we just did.

I am incredibly disappointed and appalled by the service that was received today.

I scheduled a PREPAID 90 minute appointment for a friend with the owner last week. Today my friend shows up for her appointment to be told, nothing was ever booked. 🤯 so I call, who I presume is the owner who says "I'm so sorry, the woman working today doesn't speak English, so she didn't know what was going on, but no worries, she called me and I'm here now and will take care of your friend. I'm so sorry." I'm a little bit taken back at this point, but my friend is there and it's supposed to be paid for so I decide let's just move on- she's fixed it. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Then the woman tells my friend- tips are mandatory and must be paid in advance before the massage begins. I guess I can see making some pay advance for the service just in case people try to leave without paying- and I'm not going to debate whether you deserved a tip or not, ask anyone in my life I tip very well- but since my friend had never gotten a professional massage before and assumed she would just show up with her prepaid gift certificate to receive the services it says she will- she didn't bring extra cash.

This resulted in her not being able to get the 90 minute scheduled massage that was prepaid for with a GIFT CERTIFICATE and forcing her to go down to a sixty minute massage so the left over gift certificate could be the tip? 🤯

And to make matters worse, since she was scheduled at 9 and I didn't get a hold of the owner until 915 trying to figure out why she was being told she wasn't actually scheduled- Then when I got a message at 1005 that said, thank you so much- & I now realize my friend didn't even get a full 60 minutes.

I used to highly recommend this location and come in at least once a month. I am appalled at the type of business that seems to now be conducted and highly recommend you do not visit this establishment to risk having the same experience. Or at least don't send those you love there in hopes of being well taken care of.

My husband and I was in Casper and looking for something to do and decided on a massage. I called and got right in. They put us in the same room and was very professional. We both needed it after a long stressful week. We both feel amazing after. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Prices were great. Clean facilities as well

When I went I was treated by Jolene, she did a fantastic job! I even had to push my appointment back that day and she was very understanding and kind about it! The massage itself was the best and most thorough I've had in Casper! Will definitely be going back!!

I had a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes. It was amazing with stretches and red light therapy included. One of the best massages I have ever had!!

This is definitely a great place to go to get a good and thorough massage. Jolene combines stretching and hot stones into a very relaxing massage. I have many back issues that she able to make feel better and she does offer a 4 hand massage at a very reasonable rate. Give her an hour or so and she'll make you feel much better. I highly recommend this business.

My wife Judy and I, traveling from Colorado, spent a day in Casper, Wy. Having a few aches and pains, we looked for a massage. We are so happy we found Relax Repair Massage. Joleen, the manager , was so helpful scheduling both of us at the same time.
Without a doubt, We both received the best massages we could ever remember. Joleen and my masseuse were so friendly and they are experts at what they do..If I lived in Casper, this would surely be our only place.
