I was in horrible pain and couldn’t move my neck from a 2 day tension headache. I was desperate so I just decided to do a walk-in and was seen within an hour. I have scoliosis and a shoulder injury, so I’m no stranger to massages. Serena was amazing and I could tell she was listening to my body. She found a spot that needed attention that I hadn’t even noticed. I left feeling like I was floating. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend!

Booked a one hour massage to relieve the pains in my legs and back that resulted from sitting on the ground doing yard work. I forgot the name of my masseuse, but she is the owner (I think). Very professional and very thorough. I do recommend her highly and would not hesitate to book a return visit.

ONE HANDED MASSAGE! Not recommended!
She used one hand to play on her phone and the other hand to perform the full body massage and the place was dirty. I don't know about you all, but when I go for a massage, it is to get a 2 handed massage to work my weary muscles and relax. The one handed massage left me feeling cheated. I first noticed she was playing on her phone when I was face down early on in the massage and I heard clicks that were out of place. Then I noticed she was only using one hand and leaning on me in unusual positions. There was something noticeable about the one handed technique. Of course I couldn't really fathom that she was on her phone, but indeed she was! When I turned over she covered my eyes, but as she worked on my feet I glanced down and saw her using her phone. It completely ruined the massage and my relaxation - so irritating. She would use one hand and then the other for the massage, all the while using one hand for play with her phone. You can't make this stuff up. I think it's unethical. I felt scammed. It makes sense now why she started working on my feet earlier than another therapist normally would. For a 90 minute massage, with 30 minutes to go she started my feet. She worked on them for 20 minutes, then quit 10 minutes early. So not only did she put in 1/2 the effort she ended early. Up to you, but you have been warned that this could also be irritating to you.
Also, the facility was VERY dirty. The floor was black with grime - yuck! The massage table was not soft. There was no music just a very loud fan. I have had far better experiences elsewhere.

Such a gem in the Foothills! I happened to be in Auburn and was in need of a massage as my usual therapist in Sacramento had to cancel this month. Serena has a clean place, the lady prior said she has been coming for a massage for years, I can see why. I like deep tissue and she delivers, I feel so much better!
