I have been seeing Carrie for 4-5 years now. She is by far the best! She’s knowledgeable about products very thorough explaining what she thinks is the best treatment for me. I’m super picky about my face, I have tried others and have been disappointed.

Loved how close the location was to my work and their injector Carrie who had several years of experience in the field. I saw on instagram that she was at another med spa, but never received an update from Rejuvenate about her leaving. It is upsetting because I built a relationship with my injector and enjoyed being able to feel comfortable in the chair every time. I have since followed her to her new location thanks to instagram.

Disappointing Consultation Experience – A Waste of time!

I recently visited Rejuvenate Med Spa in Oakbrook for a consultation regarding facial redness. After doing my research, I knew that laser treatments could be a possible solution, so I scheduled an appointment to discuss my options with a professional. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start.

My consultation was with Isabella, who, from the moment I arrived, seemed uninterested in assessing my concerns or offering any helpful advice. She quickly dismissed the possibility of treating my redness, claiming that because it wasn’t always present and wasn’t necessarily rosacea, they couldn’t treat it at all. However, she never actually examined my skin properly to determine what might be causing the redness. Despite the spa stating over the phone that I would be provided with wipes to remove my makeup for the consultation, she never gave me the option or even suggested removing it. Instead, she simply looked at my face with my makeup on and brushed off my mention of it.

To make matters worse, I had driven an hour to get to this appointment, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and zero useful information. The entire experience felt like a complete waste of time. I left feeling confused and unheard, without any real guidance or recommendations for alternative treatments. If you’re looking for a thorough, professional, and informative consultation, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

The way down to the friendly staff! Marilena did my Botox and lip filler and it was my first time ever, she was so patient and so sweet throughout the entire process taking any extra steps to ease my anxiety and make the process go smoother! She did an astounding job on my lip filler and gave me exactly what I asked for! I am so happy with my results! As long as this place is open I will be returning ! I highly recommend this place to anyone new to Botox or filler it was such a smooth sailing process and experience!

I have been a loyal customer of Rejuvenate Med Spa for some time, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. The main reason I came here was because of Carrie, who always provided exceptional service and truly cared about her clients. Since her departure, the service has not met the same standard.

Carrie’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality were unmatched. Now that she’s at her new location in Lisle, I will be following her there. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and who consistently delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend visiting her at her new space.

It’s disappointing that Rejuvenate couldn’t maintain the level of service I had grown accustomed to, but I’m happy to continue working with Carrie in her new location.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Rejuvenate Med Spa! It was my first time getting Botox and Filler and Marilena did a great job at making me feel comfortable! It’s only day 2 and I already love my results. I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the sweet staff. The office is clean and welcoming!
