The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk employee was friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay. The moment we opened our room door, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mold. The window was covered in mold and grime, and while the surfaces seemed clean, the walls and bathroom floor were definitely not. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the sheets appeared clean, but that didn’t make up for the broken door lock, which was a major safety concern. If we had any other option, we would have left. Would not recommend staying here.

Spent several nights in this hotel. |Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable . Bathtub was lacking anti slip bottom. Almost slipped and fell. |Pool out of service . Breakfast very , very limited. No toast, no tea (but hot water) , no bagels , only small refrigerator with little snacks . |Lobby clean but unoccupied. |No brochures or newspapers . |Very basic hotel .

Positive: "" Negative: After a long car ride we needed to use the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush. We told the person at the front desk and she said she would get someone on it right away. after that the toilet wouldn't stop running. Plus no elevator.

Stayed 10/4-10/6/24 as was competing with my dogs locally, was put in a "pet room". It had a smell to it, but I could live with it - however the bathroom had a much worse horrible smell, like something had died in it. I alerted the front desk call and she came to see and agreed it had a "mildew" smell and she would ask the manager if they could discount the room for me, as she couldn't move me to a different room, even though they only had 3 cars in the lot. Thankfully a friend was staying at the Best Western in the same town, so I showered there and only slept in my room. Called 10/7 to inquire about a discount and was informed that since I stayed in the room there would not be a discount and there was no problem with the room. I didn't have a choice, otherwise I would have left right away, but the other hotel was full. Absolutely horrible customer service and unless you have a plugged nose, I would recommend you stay at the Best Western in that town.

Stayed here a few nights ago and was very pleased with the value of the hotel for the price. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Most importantly the hotel was very clean. Some basic breakfast essentials are out out in the morning too which was nice. My kids loved the indoor pool. Also very central to downtown Geneseo and a nice walking park with a playground. Would stay here again, especially because it was so decently priced.

I just wanna start off by saying the circumstances with me going to Geneseo or not good ones. My dad was passing away and I just wanted to say thank you to this hotel for being so kind and having coffee and breakfast and clean rooms it made the whole unimaginable experience, more manageable And I just wanna say thank you to the staff at this hotel

Oh, where do I begin? This Hass to be probably one of the worst hotels. I’ve stayed at. I stay at a lot of hotels. I’m a traveling. Sales Manager and I am so disappointed in this hotel mostly I’m disappointed when I brought this up to the front end person they they didn’t even apologize. They just told me we’ll call pest control. There were cockroaches big ones baby ones the walls everything I didn’t notice it until the morning when I turn the lights on I feel so gross right now so disappointed this Hass to be spread out there so people know not to stay here they need to evacuate the building and bomb the building because as we know if you see cockroaches there everywhere every room, so I am not happy with this at all very disappointed. There’s not much choice in this area for hotels will not be here again.//////called to see where my refund was for the room and manager told me they would refund only 1/2 if I take down my google reviews. Keep your $35 and I’ll keep this up for people to know not to stay there.

The staff is very friendly, and easy to work with. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was like new. Everything worked in the room. The wifi signal was strong, and there was a decent selection of channels for the TV. The pool is nice and clean. Plus the breakfast food is actually fresh and tastes great! I don't think you will find a better, or nicer deal for the price point in this area.
