I wasn't real impressed with this older remodeled motel. It was nice on the exterior with beautiful flower beds, a spotless courtyard. But you could see the age in the rooms. It is patched up as best they could but a complete remodel is needed.
On the other hand. It is the least expensive weekly rate I have got in a long time. Plus the staff is very polite, they keep it very clean. There's a convenience store across the road.
I enjoyed my stay and had a good feel for the place before I left so a gave it an extra star.

Get what you pay for. Clean for the most part. We were there for a week we hand washed some things (Luke 5 items) and were told no washing clothes or cooking in room. I can see open flame cooking not allowed but crock pots or we would be asked to leave. Not going to go back

Decent for the price some parts of the room in rough shape, the door wouldn't stay closed at times ac/heat unit looked like it been broken before and some other minor damages in various areas but still as I said decent I guess for the price at least the room I stayed in

The rooms were very clean the management was very friendly and helpful quiet atmosphere but if you come here on business you can forget the internet outside the room you get good service just good inside your room it would bounce from poor to Fair internet service they need to do something about their internet service for the customers that's going to be staying here doing business here in Geneva Alabama. That was one of my biggest drawbacks were that it was the internet service was very very lousy and I'm a professional photographer and I have to talk with my clients over the internet cannot do that when you don't have no internet connection or cannot even get any.

My family and I have been staying there since our house fire; my Grandmother(70), my husband(26), my son(6) and myself(27). I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The rates are cheap, the rooms are clean and the owners and staff are very polite and all around just wonderful. We have received 5 star treatment the entire time and I will definitely remember our stay and experience indefinately, and I definitely would recommend it to anyone!! Thank You Regency Inn!!!!

Staff is friendly. The rates are amazing. The wifi and cable works. They are pet friendly with a low pet fee. They don't allow guest to be nosy and have guest coming and going all hours. I've enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and peaceful stay. It did not quite meet our expectations as this place is still being renovated. But I would stay here again because its less expensive and you get good customer service for the price you pay.
