They trespassed me because I went to the office and report to them that when my fiance' moved the chair to sit down there was SH*T IN THE CORNER ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE CHAIR!!! AND THEY GOT MAD CAUSE I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM!! YEA IT WAS AFTER 11PM I REPORTED SO I WOULD NOT GET CHARGED FOR THE SH*T IN THE FLOOR AND THAT GOES TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE NOT CLEANING THE ROOMS PROPERLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORSE ENEMY TO STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THAT I WOULD RATHER STAY AT THE BATES MOTEL TO EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!?

I came to see my husband on our anniversary in February, and this motel was worth the price. The owners and staff were great. My room was worth the price and then some. It was clean, homey, spacious, and I'm actually going back this month, and in July. I will be staying every time I visit Brent. To the owners and staff thank you for making my stay comforting and enjoyable. You're place is a great secret hide away. Looking forward to my visit in a few weeks.

I just visited a friend that stayed the night there. Her room was pathetic. Every room I've ever seen over there is nasty looking. They are trying, bless their hearts, as I've noticed fresh paint on the walls. The bedspread was new and it looked like a new headboard. Her room was small but comfortable looking. The owners really should do something about the sink area, which would make a bit of a difference. Right now that's the first thing you notice, the pipes under the sink, and the wall under there looked rough.

Spoke with staff who was very helpful except that first day. I am leaving tomorrow after a 3 day stay. No I didn’t want to change rooms for one night. She showed me a renovated room and yes it looks nice but why put me in a room with a rat and bed bug if you have a renovated room ready. But I believe in second chances so when I come back for conference for the hospital I will try again since this is the only hotel in the area. Hopefully renovations will be completed or nearly finish. I will be asking co worker about their stay in the future. Good luck in your endeavors.

Well, my review is how my sister”s review was remove after she rated your hotel with a bad review.

Constructive critiques of your business should encouraged you to be better owners and managers of your hotel. Her critique should not cause you to remove her honest review.

In her review, Ms. Cox stated that she experienced bedbugs at your hotel and her room had a visible rat trap underneath the sink. Pictures were uploaded with her review, which you also remove. Shame on you!

A bit of advice for you.. if you don’t want bad reviews, then clean your hotel, get rid of the loiterers from outside of your establishment, buy new mattresses (bed bugs), and get a professional pest control company.

Management / Workers were very nice. Yes, there was a mistake in our reservation (requested 2 non-smoking Kings, got 1 non and 1 smoking). That was just a mistake. This place is good for the money. My room was clean, great water pressure and hot water. Free cable and wifi. A/C worked great. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will stay here again if I'm passing this way.

I am not even sure where to begin. My husband and I checked in on a Wednesday evening. We had driven 12 hours to look at some property the next day. We were told that the room rate was $75 per night. At this point we had no choice we were exhausted. Upon entering the room the smell and stench was disgusting lamps without light bulbs mold above the tub dirty smoke detector broken off the wall socket to plug into was covered with blue tape to hold it in cuz it was broken. The freon was also leaking out of the air heat unit so that stop working as well I should have taken more pictures but I didn't . He also got amused two full cans of Lysol . The list just goes on. And at this point I had paid for two nights before we even entered the room knowing we were looking at property we're visiting grandchildren spending the night and then leaving and driving another 12 hours back home. I let the person in the office know what was going on the next morning. They had an attitude and told me I was going to have to speak to the manager. Never saw the manager I said what about the owner didn't get anywhere there either. Upon leaving this morning my husband handed in the card and spoke with them about the situation. They said well we could have given you a different room but offered no type of refund whatsoever I am super upset and I will never stay there again.
