First time here, and it was amazing! I’ve only had one facial before and it was so long ago I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Roz made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She was super friendly, addressed my concerns, and made the session so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! My skin was absolutely glowing afterwards! Totally worth it—10/10 recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself a little.

I would not recommend Redmint based on my experience. I came in for a TMJ massage to address chronic pain and was disappointed with the experience. While the massage therapist was kind and professional, they used a gua sha tool, which felt like grinding my jawbone rather than properly massaging the muscles. This is a technique I can (properly) do at home and not something I’d expect to pay a premium for.

I tried to remain open-minded during the session, but I woke up the next day feeling worse—my jaw was tighter, and the pain had increased. When I called to explain my experience, the supervisor was kind and understanding, offering another TMJ massage as compensation. Given my experience and the chronic nature of my condition, I declined and requested a partial refund instead.

The supervisor took this up to the owner, who decided they would only refund my gratuity. While I understand businesses have policies, this felt dismissive, especially since my pain worsened after the service. A better approach to customer trust and satisfaction would go a long way. I do not recommend coming here.

So relaxing and honestly a great deal for a facial ($195 for a 45 minute diamond microdermabrasion facial). My skin is glowing, and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep! The space is beautiful and aggressively relaxing (in the best possible way).

Lana literally changed my life - she took time to truly get to know me to understand my body and customize my treatment. She walked me through each and every moment (as it was my first experience with acupuncture) to explain what every step will do for me. I absolutely look forward to my next treatment with Lana!! Roz is amazing at Redmint - run don't walk there, shes an amazing facialist and i was so relaxed during my treatment. I love Redmint - they are a good sanctuary of relaxation and wellness.

I honestly did not want to write this review and feel quite uncomfortable writing it now. I am loathe to speak ill of anyone in this profession, and do not like to negatively impact someone's business. However after hearing from yet another person who had the same experience I did, I felt it necessary to write this.

At the beginning of the year I was suddenly in an extreme amount of pain in my right axilla (armpit) that I knew a good lymphatic massage would fix. I googled places in the area and Redmint was very highly recommended. I was very grateful they were able to take me last minute, and couldn't wait to feel relief.

Unfortunately, they do *not* do lymphatic massage here. It is false advertising, and frankly they should be ashamed saying they offer it. I felt absolutely no relief from whatever massage was given to me, and the "techniques" that were used were not proper lymphatic techniques. The work was incorrect, but I stayed for the whole service as I was so desperate for some pain relief. The reason I know for a fact that I was not given a proper lymphatic massage is because I am a certified lymphatic massage therapist. I did not disclose this to the therapist working on me because that shouldn't be necessary to receive adequate care.

I sincerely hope they either make sure their therapists have the proper accreditation before claiming they can offer modalities they are not proficient in, or else stop offering it all together.

I cannot speak to the other services here. I assume they are lovely. But do not go here for a lymphatic massage.

2 stars because the place is very clean and quiet. The staff were very kind, and I appreciated their being willing to take me in so quickly.

80 min. Acupuncture & cupping combo with Patricia was phenomenal! I’d follow her anywhere. She customizes each session based on what my body’s needs are and listens intuitively, and communicates with me to make adjustments as she goes. The space is clean, with beautiful decor that is thoughtfully designed.
