Older remodel. Well-lighted parking lot, safe environment. Front desk immediately responded to our request for toiletries that were absent upon arrival. We will stay here again.

Beds are extremely hard, took forever for the water to warm up and it is in the middle of nowhere. Shows 27 miles from talladega super speedway but when you put in directions it’s 47 miles

As soon as you pull up you realize how well this motel is kept up then your greeted with very friendly staff, super clean rooms.

My stay at this hotel was horrible. The room was clean but the sheets and towels were dirty, dingy or soiled. The toilet did not flush and I kept having to call for someone to come plunge it, it was so inconvenient for them to make sure I had a toilet that worked. There were two staff members who were nice, another not so much. She asked me to come to the office to get a plunger, it was after midnight. I told her it was not my job to walk outside to get a plunger, nor was it my job to ensure the plumbing worked. I was there for my sister's funeral but unfortunately, it became too much to deal with regarding the room and I checked out early. The rate was all I could afford but I would suggest to anyone visiting Sylacauga, AL to find another hotel. This place is awful, I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your time. We reserved a room online at a reasonable rate. After 12 hours of driving we pulled in to Red Roof Inn. The property sat way back off the road in a sketchy area. Front desk host was pleasant and accommodating. We noticed what looked like project housing straight across the parking lot, not sure, but definitely some kind of residential housing. Walked in the room and was shocked to see DEAD BUGS all over the floor, both sides of the bed. Then noticed what looked like blood on the floor. We pulled the covers back on the bed and the pillow cases and the sheets were dirty. We immediately turned around and walked out. Went directly back to the front desk and asked for a refund on our room. No way were we staying here. Searched and found another hotel about 30 minutes down the road. It was nice! After this experience I don’t think we will EVER stop at a Red Roof again, especially this one!
