Check in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. ||I had my small dog with me and I walked her around the hotel several times. ||The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I never heard any noises while I was there. I think the hotel was busy considering the parking lot had a lot of cars in it. ||I will definitely stay there again.

The Red Roof Inn in Troy, Illinois, is AWESOME 👍🏼 😊!!! The owners and staff are EXTREMELY NICE, KIND, and PLEASANT to talk and communicate with. The room I stayed in for 3 days was VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, and SPACIOUS, and ALL the amenities are in the rooms for your comfort and convenience, and they all were in good working conditions. There are many electrical outlets and many charger out The smell of the room was clean and fresh as well. There is a laundry room, an exercise room, vending machines, and an indoor pool. They also have some quick and convenient breakfast items until 9A.M. The cost of the rooms are inexpensive and for ALL that comes along with it🤗! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Red Roof Inn to anyone who will need a room or rooms wherever a Red Roof Inn is located. I already recommended the Red Roof Inn to my family😊! Thank you Red Roof Inn for everything!

I have stayed of and on at this hotel for the last 6 months for work. I am a single female and I have always felt safe here and more so even now that more time has passed. In the beginning I was not looking forward to staying at a “Red Roof” but, after getting to know the staff more and how they will go up and above for their guests I don’t want to stay anywhere else!!! they even allowed me to park closer to door even though it wasn’t a spot so I would feel more safe. I was so worried about personal stuff in my room getting messed with or come up missing but it has been the complete opposite and I have found that EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE here is so fricking honest, kind, and super helpful!!! The customer service is solid and the rooms have always been clean. Maybe not brand new but clean. The pool is always clean and working and it is always so quiet throughout the nights. It’s a great value for your money. Victor has to be one of the best managers because his employees absolutely love him a speak very highly of him (even when he isn’t around 😂) and they have next to no turnover with employees. They even have a little office room with a computer for guests to use. Breakfast is very basic and simple and more than expected with such a low room rate. If you come, tell Victor at the front desk that you want the “Misty” treatment and you will be more than happy with you stay and your time here just like me.

This was the nicest Red Roof I have been too. The room was very clean and despite the hotel being busy, the staff made sure to keep breakfast area and lobby clean my entire stay.

Do NOT go here, this place has bed bugs and the floors feel sticky on your feet. Right when you want in it smells like cigarettes. Only stayed for 1 night and it might have been the worst nights of my life.

Thought this was a smoke free hotel. Almost got high with all the pot smell in the place. What a disgusting place. Stained bedding. Dirty all over

I was very impressed with my stay here. I was very impressed that the place is pet friendly. I didn't even have to show my emotional support animal certificate. I definitely recommend this place.

Upon arrival our room had a bad smell. During further inspection the tub had some type of stain in it. We were on our way to a wedding and asked the front desk attendant to place room freshener in the room and scour the bathtub. After returning from the event nothing in the room had changed. I do not recommend Red Roof Inn and will not be staying here again.
