Absolutely disgusting! No attempt to clean the room. Bedsheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, freezer had such a large chunk of ice that door wouldn’t close so it leaked water all over the floor, pubic hair in bed (not just 1), mold, cobwebs, I can’t imagine how we were even checked into this room. Oh wait…it’s because they gave our room away that we booked a month in advance. This use to be a destination stop on our way through to Gulf Shores. I don’t know what’s happen but we’ll NEVER stay again. If there would’ve been ANYWHERE to go we would’ve but it was late and we were worn out. We slept on top of the blankets and left at daybreak. O I forgot about the cockroach at 3 a. m. In the bathroom wouldn’t want to leave that out. It’s infuriating because there was not even an actual attempt to straighten this out. And the clerk…he said take it up with the booking agency 😂 🤦🏻‍♀️ Sir, take it up with your cleaning lady! This photo shows how long it’s been since someone was in this room to service it.

Positive: The interiors of the rooms were updated somewhat, but absolutely filthy Negative: The hotel was in such bad shape from a facilities perspective. Things were broken steps concrete cracked everywhere safety hazards, not clean.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Got totally ripped off by booking. Com and this hotel. Changed my dates and took my money. Requested date change through both parties 5 times each with nothing but blaming each other! Rude crooks!!!!!!!!!

I liked the room, but it didn't have a coffee pot. Also, they had painted and forgot to put back up the fire detector. I love Red Roof Inn because they love pets!!!

my experience was awful! me and my 3 year old got ate up by bed bugs. didn’t even get to stay the full stay and they were supposed to refund my money and never did. have more photo but it won’t let me add not sure why

My husband and I travel often and usually choose The Red Roof because they are usually clean, affordable, and allow our little doggy for no charge. However, this is by far the worst Red Roof I have ever stayed in!! Beds were hard, lumpy, and very noisy. There was no coffee maker in room and what was at breakfast was barely even warm. Shower head was extremely gross (turning black around the spray settings). TV sound would go up and down on its own. Swimming pool was filled with concrete and very tall weeds around it! This would have been great since it was 97 degrees and photos show nice clean pool and poolside that is extremely misleading. There was beer caps in the floor (we don't drink beer) floors filthy like people spitting on the floor filthy!! Housekeeping came while we were out and literally took one dirty towel and left one towel... didn't sweep, dust, mop, make bed nothing!!! We had made reservations for Friday and Saturday, we toughed out both nights just to sleep...we showered at families house we had came to visit!! As much as I choose Red Roof I will never stay in this one again!!

Check in was very easy. My room was clean and it was quiet on the side I was on. The front side can use a little bit more piping down. These may guest that actually live there, but over all it was an enjoyable experience.

Nice comfy room, comfortable beds and pillows. The telephone didn't work, but the front desk attendant knocked on our door for a wake-up call.
Overall we had a good night's rest.
