The water was freezing, they gave us a smoking room when we booked non-smoking. The rooms look okay and the ac works fine. definitely getting less than what you pay for here

Edit: They managed to fix the boiler within a few hours of check in so at least we have hot water.

Room had roaches, they also have people on drugs walking around high and acting creepy all night. They also have office staff who look high when they are in the office. The also have prostitutes using their rooms. Their plug outlets spark when you plug stuff up or unplug it. Their towels has had hair in it from whoever previously used it and was it was still stuck in the towel. It is not a good place to stay at all.

Positive: Comfortable bed and clean room Negative: We didn't feel totally safe in this area. We were were woken at 3.15am by someone banging loudly on our door. We didn't open it as we felt it would not be the hotel staff at that time. Also, no breakfast provided.

Well we checked in Friday night seeking shelter from a storm fast approaching. We got a room and when we rounded the corner of the building there were people all outside with tool strolled everywhere working on cars the smell of marijuana with stick in the air. We went back to the office and ask if we have another room away from the blatant disregard for others or the law. Actor putting all that stuff on the second floor room, we asked for a first floor room, we discovered that the air conditioner was not hooked up. After being lied to about available rooms or air conditioner problems whatever we were offered a fan. In Alabama what's the humidity in Portugal 100% a fan would do nothing but stir the stink of this room and move hot air. After being given the third room because of the air conditioner issue it was supposed to have just been remodeled. If this is your idea of remodeling I would hate to see your subpar accommodations. The parking lot was full of trash looks like someone had opened up a trash bag and just dumped it and let the wind carry it where it would there were old mattresses thrown in a ditch off the side of the parking lot and all kinds of trash the parking lot had potholes in it that you can almost had a whole vehicle in. The room was so filthy my wife mopped the floor with tables and clean the bathroom with stuff that we bring with us. This is possibly the worst hotel motel that I have ever been in. The screaming and hollering at night time all during the night the unruly children that seemed to roam the corridors in balconies at all night for such that sleep was very hard to come by if at all. I would not recommend this hotel to a dog but we had to stay because we were out of money and like I said earlier we were running from a storm. Plus the rooms were scarce all over town because the rodeo was in town and it was the weekend. I would hope that this review would get these people to clean this place up or at least pick the trash up and cut the grass. Like I said possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel or motel for Holiday inn for that matter .

I would Never stay here again! This place is set for have a cheap quick good time! This room are in horrible condition. This place should be condemned and name should be stripped from it! I should have know better when I walked in and the furniture was dirty!!! The water pressure for the shower was so low and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well! Mold in the shower and around the baseboard

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed at in my entire life! I got my room through Priceline so the rate was good. But I soon found out why it was so cheap! All I'm gonna say is this place is not clean& the staff isn't real knowledgeable about refunding my money. There was NO AC in the 2nd room they gave me, the first room there was a bunch of adults &children outside making los of noise & working on a vehicle @ 1100 at night!

Location and service were good but the room was not worth the price what so ever. There was hair all over the bathroom, the bed was itchy. It was just mostly overall not worth the price at all.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only and i would NOT recommend it at all not even for one night. The reviews for the hotel are horrible but since it was nearby i thought it couldn’t be that bad. The receptionist was nice and answered any questions we had so i had my hopes up but when we got our room there was people smoking weed outside and the smell was insane which i don’t care but if your coming here with your kids don’t even think about it. We went inside our room after going up old dirty stairs with zero light because theres no elevator and the first thing we notice is it stinks of cigarettes and when we check the room out there was a bit of weed left on the bed so i was starting to question if they even clean the rooms at all. The walls are dirty and old, the lamps have stains all over them, the bathroom had roaches in it, the door is dirty, and the ac makes so much noise when your trying to sleep. It also doesn’t come with any soap, shampoo or toothpaste it literally comes with nothingggg so bring your own everything. Obviously its a cheap hotel i don’t expect much but this is just unacceptable for any hotel its not worth it whatsoever even if it was the cheapest hotel in the world and we were honestly considering sleeping in the car that night but since we had already paid we decided to go to sleep paranoid if our sheets were even clean and the smell of cigarettes suffocating us the whole night. The worst “hotel” i have ever stayed at in my life. I wish i was being dramatic 0/10
