I was delightfully surprised to find this motel as nice as it is. I am here on business and normally I stay at the Holiday Inn. However, a few days turned into 10 days! I just stayed at a brand new Marriott in Denver & this motel was just as nice. They have the kindest staff and super sweet owners who make your stay here feel like home. Sparkling clean is their room w/ a beautiful remodel. Trey at the front desk was full of great local tips and was so welcoming. Excellent restaurants all @. A beautiful view of the river, for their motel backs up against the water. Their pool is the nicest I’ve seen at a motel. Many accolades for the Red Roof Inn @ Gadsden! We’ll done. Obviously it's a motel. BUT! The prices are reasonably great. The owners are great. The maids are great. Shout out to Stephanie who is exceptionally wonderful and went far beyond what was expected or asked. She's trustworthy. Very kind and just a badass. Thank you for making my experience/stay here that much better.

Room was not as clean as I would have liked but no bedbugs detected, linens and towels looked worn, needed more pillows, no amenities, no complementary breakfast, no coffee maker but did have coffee in the lobby, seemed like a lot of stuff going on outside of building, noisy. On a positive note very hot water. Conveniently located. Staff friendly

Concierge was very nice, asked me what brought me and about myself. Rooms exactly as pictured, no bed bugs(I checked), matress was a little tough but I was dog tired. Floors and bathroom were clean, no suprises thankfully. Only negative a star for smelling like cigarettes. Other than that a flawless stay ?

Pool looked clean as a whistle and well maintained, but I came in without a swimsuit :(.

Trey was an amazing hotel consultant and checked my guest and I in with post haste! With A bevy of knowledge, about the local area, charming and very friendly-he was absolutely a delight and extremely cordial. The room itself was very neat and clean and the pool was to die for I absolutely recommend this is the best hotel in Gadsden!!!

The front desk lady was very nice and friendly. Very easy check in. The room was horrible. Dead bugs all over the floor. Under the covers on the bed we found hair and some unknown things. Luckily and unfortunately the check out and refund was very easy. The lady at the front desk wasn’t even phased that we stated the room was nasty. I guess Edna needs to do a better job cleaning before leaving her name on the housekeeping card. Definitely would not recommend this place.
