I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out! The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, and I was pleased with how spacious it was. The location was also ideal - yet in a quiet and secure neighbourhood. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again

The place was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tia was one of the good ataff members who took care of everything. I had a small issue with the remote and she was there to help me. Other reviews are misreading i dont know why. They are really good people.

PISSED! They still charged me even though we left and the rooms look and smell like complete trash so now I’m showing proof of my room and how it really looked best believe I couldn’t even sit in the bed we left so quick and I am disputing the charge with my bank. So we me and my husband needed a room due an electrical issue in my apt building was given 3 rooms and well all three Rooms was hideous the smell was something that I will never forget I felt like I was in jail! Bugs ,Food on walls and doors burns and stains on the blankets. ceilings leaking this place look like it should be in a movie it’s the slums basically and the pictures are a complete lie adding pictures on how it really look! I’m not sure how this place is not shut down and to top it off someone went in my room and opened every drawer looking for what ever they thought we left After going g to grab a bite to eat you have to see it to believe it!!! Crack heads drug dealers Straight out of hell and was denied my refund after complaining 15 mins later definitely reporting this place to BBB I won’t stop until this place is shut down

Got charged $100 fine for a parking permit but the parking like doesn’t have a sign that says you need a parking permits. The front desk never said anything about a parking permit and right next to them is the travel lodge they don’t require a parking permit. Go to the travel lodge. I called the red roof in to get a refund and or money for my $100 fine me and the person I was with was denied. Go to travel lodge. They ( the red roof inn ) are in Lansing Illinois.

Great motel with friendly and super nice employees! Best prices for a room in the area, it’s our go to motel when we need a place to stay. Safe and secure parking lot, they require a parking pass so no people hanging around that shouldn’t be here never any issues or problems. I highly recommend if staying in the area.

Loved the entire stay so much I had to extend . I love the location , pricing and amenities ! Definitely recommend ! It's peaceful and very safe ! I also love that the ice and vending is conveniently located so close to the expressway on a main street ! The rooms are also clean and I definitely appreciate the hard wood floors over carpet !

The pictures in the ads are not accurate. They have add a room and walk up window to prevent from having direct contact. I should have left immediately. But thinking it will be ok.... Get to the room and about to step out the car and there are piles and piles of dog crap in the patch of grass next to the car. Open the door and trash is on the floor, smoked blunt on the night stand, grime on the walls, towels dirty, sheets and pillow case dirty, curtain have a huge stain, toilet is brown, toilet seat peeling, shower dirty, peeling chair in the middle of the room with rice on it, no hangers, no iron, lights over the bed broken, place is dark and not comfortable. I sit on the bed to start looking for a new hotel and a ROACH is crawling by my foot. Go to the front desk to start complaining and show the guy the video of the roach. He asked if I wanted housekeeping. STAY AWAY

This is the worst Red Roof Inn I have ever seen. I put my friend there for a week. First room had roaches and TV didn't work. The hotel ignored his complaints until I called. He had issues with the heat in the next room. Once again, he was ignored until I called. They told him I'd get a refund, but they lied. This place should be condemned. It's in terrible shape.
