Positive: It was close to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Negative: Was not a safe place to stay. Man with knife, no shirt threatening hotel staff and walking through hall.Hot breakfast was advertised, but there was little selection and nothing hot. Well, there was coffee and toast if that is considered a hot breakfast.

Location is fine. Easy to get to off the highway. Walked in room, toilet had overflown into the floor. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone up front. Just shut the door. I paid through Expedia, when I got there they needed a card for the deposit. Which is fine, the room was through Expedia was $122. There was a pending $158 charge from the hotel. When I asked he said don’t worry it’s just the hold for the room and will go back on the card when you check out. Which it did in fact go back that Monday, checked my account Wednesday and a $98 charge came out from them. So I called the hotel, after arguing with me for 15 minutes that they never had my card on file(which they did for the deposit) he said I don’t know what
To tell you, file a claim with your bank and he hung up the phone. I’d still like to know where my $98 went, because he couldn’t ever tell me what that was for. Won’t be back.

My son and his girlfriend went to get a room there. The guy tells him to order through Hopper. They order the room. Go to check in and the guy tells them they need to be 21. They are 18. He refuses to give the money back. My son goes through Hopper. Hopper than files for a refund. Well today the hotel denies the refund. So they took my son's money after telling them they can't rent a room. How sad they have to take 61.00 from people.

Positive: The rooms have been brought up the date makes everything cleaner crisper there's no stinking carpet Negative: I didn't like where my room was located I'm a very light sleeper any other guest was making noise constantly waking me up

Positive: Doors were inside Negative: Roaches, no one at the front desk, breakfast was 2 pieces of bread without any milk cause the delivery didn?t come according to the front desk.

I just came and this place was infested with roaches and when moved to another room it had more roaches. I requested a refund and was asked am I sure I didn’t want another room. NO they have an infestation

This place is disgusting. Don’t waste your money. The one bad had blood on the sheets and there was grease on the pillow cockroaches running around terrible smell. It is there’s breakfast included, but there is no breakfast. There’s only cereal.
