The grounds were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very considerate professional and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. The breakfast was wonderful, much more than you would expect, fresh and delicious. Very large selection to pick from. The rooms were very satisfactory and clean. Equipped with shampoo conditioner soaps iron ironing board hair dryer and a very good air conditioner. Plentiful channels of television and even a swimming pool, small but nice to take a dunk. There's fast food right next door not to mention mini marts. I would highly recommend it for the value, it's right off the freeway but you don't hear any cars.

Coffee maker missing from room, requested one, they said they'd bring it but never did.
Bed was squeaky & sagged
Courtesy shampoo/conditioner/soap containers in shower were empty.
Drapes filthy where people touch them to open/close
Charging ports by bed didn't work.
Very loud A/C.
Outside door to enter hotel did not catch to lock so anyone could (& did) let themselves in.

I made a reservation and paid for a room several weeks in advance. However, I received a call on the day of my arrival informing me that the hotel had overbooked and would not be able to honor my reservation. While I understand that overbooking can occur, it is particularly concerning that this issue arose despite my prior payment. The hotel had already received the payment, and it is disappointing that they failed to manage their reservations effectively. I requested information about the steps they would take to rectify the situation, but I have yet to receive any response. This level of service is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

Do not stay at this Hotel. My daughter had over 8 bites on her neck and arm. They have a massive Bed Bug problem and made us feel we brought them to the hotel. We got a full refund and will never stay at these hotels again.

The breakfast bar is the best part of the stay. It had eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, milk, cold cereal, bread options, various juices, etc. The room is decent for the price. It was clean. Nothing was broken. I like the marbling on the bathroom counters which makes the place feel newer. The bathtub style and cloth shower curtain felt outdated. I like that there was a microwave and fridge. My husband liked the AC. The place is temperature controlled well. Overall good value for the price.

Room stunk really bad and was coming from the bed. Removed bedding and saw what looked like feces stain on mattress. Went to front desk and lady said “oh we had a drunk guy staying there before”. Packed my bags and left immediately. No wonder why I see guys drinking and smoking hanging around outside of building. They must have people living there with cheap monthly rates. Never seen a hotel with a laundry room for doing your laundry ! Place is gross

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They are pet friendly. The best part too is that there is a dog park right down the street.

I liked this hotel. I was staying here with my family for one night. Good breakfast, free parking, clean room. One thing what was not good - it's a train under the window with high whistle.
