Recovery Science in San Diego is amazing for the personel that welcomes you and for the many different treatments and choices of machinery :Cryo chamber ,cryo facial,infrared for pain or acne or wrinkles..etc.. I want to mention in particular Dominique ,the very nice girl that welcomed me the first day I came in ( and now I always want to come back when she is there!) because she is absolutely delightful. She was kind ,patient and knowledgeable in showing me around and explaining me about all the treatments. I came in just to check the place out and I ended up to stay right away for a Cryo therapy just because Dominique was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and I felt like I could try it right away.
I loved the cryo chamber ,the cryo facial and the legs compression for lymphatic drainage. Dominique is always so nice and professional. The place is always relaxing. I only have great things to say about my experience here.

Staff is very well trained, excellent customer service by Malaiya (great hair btw).
The Body Sculpting is even cheap than coolsculpting and a great help when trying to drop some weight, totally recommend coming to this place.

This place is great. You walk in and you're immediately met with warm smiles, right before they put you in a block of ice. Super friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. The cryo tank is great for my joints and gives me a huge boost.

First time visiting cryotherapy. So awesome!!!
Staffs were super kind and professional.
The cryo machine was the newest version.
Much better than what I expected.
I got to watch Netflix while my muscles getting relaxed.Mark helped me through whole session. Clean , fancy, kind..... what would u expect more. Must visit place in SD

I recently got a cryo facial done by Jealiza and let me tell you, I definitely walked out with my skin feeling rejuvenated and new! She was great and exceeded my expectations. The staff is always so friendly and their customer service as a whole is top notch. I will also be trying all of the other services they have to offer and will do an update review.

Wow I just got a cryo facial from Trinity! My skin felt amazing. I enjoyed the service she is very educated explained everything step by step. For the price it was great. My skin felt nice after the treatment highly recommend going.

I am so happy I found this place. Great customer service and prices. Dominique and Mark have been very helpful and professional. I started doing the EECP therapy a month ago and noticed dramatic changes in my body. I have better circulation throughout my body, no more cold feet or hands, I have more energy and the most noticeable benefit was better memory. I truly recommend this place.
