Food was mediocre. Service was great and diner was decorated pretty cool. My issue was the restaurant wasn't very sanitary. I watched an individual (dressed in purple) plating toast on customers plates with her bare hands, as well as touching counters and order tickets, cleaning off tables and worst of all she brought in some sort of snack I assumed to get her through the day but she stepped over to where it was stored put her hand in the ag to grab it, placed it in her mouth and then proceeded back to plate toast. I lost my appetite.

We are locals and decided to make a pick up order to give them a try. We had 2 different breakfast burritos (2 meat no chili & 3 meat green chili). We also ordered a kids ham & eggs for our furkid. 😁

The 2 meat burrito had only a couple of small pieces of bacon, it was mostly sausage as far as meat. The 3 meat with green chili had nice slices of bacon and was delicious! The portions are perfect on the burritos & the kids meal.

My only complaint is when I called the order in. I felt like the lady that was on the other end of the line wasn't very welcoming after a decent amount of hold time, I could hear things happening around the phone. And even though I stated this was our first time trying the restaurant out, she continually correctedthe way I was ordering although I was using wording from the menu online . I called an hour in advance of when I wanted to pick up, she told me I only had to call early for big orders. Basically, I was left feeling like my order wasn't important. I was told matter of fairly that if paying by card to have ID. My husband went in to pick up, ID was not requested.

In my opinion, when answering the phone at a business, one should be mindful of their tone since we cant see each other. Service to me is as important as food quality & flavor.

We might give another try and maybe eat inside.

I ate in. The Famous Amos was huge and filling. Very tasty with the spicy green chili. Great way to start the day!

The egg on my omelette was thoroughly burn, but at least my hash browns weren't raw this time. Staff could be friendlier. I have to say the quality of your food has gone downhill in the past few years.

Can’t say enough about how great this place is! Amazing staff, food and never a wait for food. So when I’m in a hurry I know I’ll have time to grab a quick bite.

Quick diner breakfast in a 50sish style. The food was alright for what it was--an order of french toast was literally a single piece of wonder bread cut in half. The two bites it took to finish it were good, though. 🤷‍♂️

The surprise was the huevos rancheros, a slightly unusual thing to see on an americanized menu, but honestly they nailed it. The hashbrowns underneath were crunchy and the red sauce that it was smothered in was a great flavor and, despite looking like it'd wreck your stomach, was great.

A "quick and dirty" style place that gets the job done.

I've eaten from this longtime Cheyenne staple numerous times, whether it be delivery or takeout, but I've only dined in a few times. I most recently dined in here for the first time in over 5 years, and everything went quite well. I went in a little after they opened like around 6:30 a.m., and for being that early, the service was actually good. The server was friendly. The food came out rather quickly. And of course the food was amazing. It never disappoints. As always, I got one of their famous breakfast burritos smothered with green chili. If you have never had one of their burritos, then it's a must have when in Cheyenne. It's a neat restaurant too with all the Elvis memorabilia on the walls. Their limited hours may be difficult to find time to go there, but their limited hours is kind of their niche because if you want to experience them, then you have to make time to go there.
