I went here a lot as a kid and I still go back now and the food is just as good. Cute environment inside the restaurant and even better outside. The dock is so beautiful and you can almost always spot a baby gator. Love this place and will always give them my business!
The fried pickles are amazing! The catfish filet and chicken tenders are really good too.

I am from MD and was visiting my sister. Her and brother-in-law took us here. I love catfish, and this was one of the best I ever had. Definitely will revisit next time I'm in town.

We ordered fried mushrooms and a regular size oyster appetizer… mushrooms were served cold, oysters turned out to be gator.. which I like gator but we wanted oysters, they corrected this… the meal came, fries were limp warm, not worth eating, catfish was the same way.. grits and slaw was good.. I think they must have precooked ahead for the little rodeo that was in Nashville, so we got the food laying under the heat lamp, because the crowd was not there.. Food has always been delicious but not Saturday night (03/15/25).. long time before we go back and spend almost $150.

Came here from Virginia and loved it! The gator appetizer was really good! The catfish filet was amazing and seasoned perfectly. I even saw a gator out back after dinner! 🐊

The food was out of this world. By far the best gator I've ever had! The hush puppies are the best ever. As in I mean there is no better hush puppy on this planet! Thank God they didn't seem to be badly damaged during the hurricane. My wife and I hope to be back soon.

Update...

We went back, and it was just as good as the first time.

We've been hearing about this place since we moved and were happy to get a chance to try it. My husband had the mullet and liked it. My son and I tried the catfish fingers and thought they were good. We didn't care for the room temperature coleslaw. The servers were nice and pretty quick given how busy the place was. The highlight of the meal was paying a visit to the pond out back where we saw an alligator.

Atmosphere was great! Staff was outstanding! Food would've been amazing, but someone cooked it way too long. We both had hard rubber seafood.
