My appointment with Kai exceeded my expectations. As a beginner, I was pleased to see just how informative and thorough she is when speaking with her clients. She made me feel comfortable with talking about my skin issues and handled me with care. I began to see improvements in my skin within only a couple of days of following her instruction and using her products. Ava by KC’s products smell and feel amazing and are of high quality! I received a customized facial by Kai last month and it was better than anything I could have imagined! I have received multiple facials from different companies over the last few years and Kai's blows all of them out of the water! Upon completion of the facial, she provides her clients with a customized skin care routine. After seeing the amazing results from the facial, I purchased their skincare line to utilize their products at home. My skin has never looked or felt better! I would highly recommend Ava by KC for all of your skincare needs.

I 100% recommend this spa! I received a few of the services and they all were great. I initially booked for an ultrasonic cavitation and after such a great experience, I tried out the lymphatic drainage massage and also a facial. The owner, Kai is really good at what she does! She takes her time and is very detailed and thorough with all services. I tried out her facial and will definitely make her my personal Esthetician. I have acne and my face always break out but after her facial, recommendations, education, and products, I’m sure my face will be back to normal in no time. It’s already glowing after just 2 days. And speaking of her products, they are great and smell really good. I definitely recommend this spa!

I got a facial done with a hydration treatment and I had the most relaxing and professional experience with Kai! Very clean sanitized space, relaxing music, calm demeanor. She asked me skincare related questions and gave me some does and don’t. Didn't shame me for any mistakes but encouraged me to incorporate some new habits. I love that she not only provided a service but was knowledgeable about why she was doing what she was doing, I checked my face out afterwards and my skin has came totally back to life it was glowing again! I cannot wait to come back

I don’t live locally but was speaking with Miss Kai about how bothersome the skin on my hands and face were getting. She told me about various products she thought would help with irritation, redness, and dry/oily combo skin (mainly cheeks). I have tried the Ava by KC Bloom Vitamin C serum, Doll face cleanser, invigorating toner, and the twinkle facial lotion. I am excited to use the Doll facial cleaner in the shower for shaving! I haven’t used it for that purpose yet; only on my face. I also have sensitive skin and have received chemical burns in the past from well known brands that promise to be gentle on sensitive skin. This didn’t happen with KC’s products. They smell great! Like a soft floral scent. Using all those products together has me feeling fresh, clean, and comfortable! Highly recommend. Kai is very patient and knowledgeable too! The products even look beautiful on my dresser in my bedroom 🙂

I started working with Kai in August - she has been performing the fat cavitation treatments on my legs, stomach, hips and lower back/“love handle” areas! Within just a few targeted treatments, there was a noticeable difference in the look of each area - my stomach and hips were smaller and skin smoother and tighter. She has a really artistic eye and appreciates each woman’s body and unique curves. She performs her treatments keeping in mind the end result and how she sees your body changing and the areas that still need work or improvement. Kai is also very professional - her space is beautiful and she really makes you feel welcome. And while she wears a mask the whole time, I can tell she is smiling as you see her beautiful eyes light up. She truly loves what she does and working with her clients. I can’t wait to see the end result and plan to continue working with her on other areas as she sculpts and improves upon the beautiful features I have! Ultimately, she just enhances your natural shape so you can look and feel your best!

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and results that I received from Ava by KC for my EMSculpting procedures. Kai explained everything thoroughly during the consultation and answered any questions I had. She was available for follow up questions throughout my sessions and worked diligently to find appointments that worked for my hectic schedule. She was so kind with needing to reschedule at times as well. I will most definitely continue to book with Ava by KC for all sculpting needs. I am also going to be booking for new services such as facials, lashes and nails. If you haven't checked out the new office; be sure to stop in! Everything is clean, organized and welcoming. I have and will continue to recommend Ava by KC!

I am so happy I found Ava by KC! From the moment I walked into the spa, the ambience was inviting and peaceful, which is hard to come by these days. Kai was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the procedure, and other future plans to help sculpt the body of my dreams. While doing the vacuum therapy procedure, she walked me through the entire process and ensured my comfort level from start to finish. I highly recommend this spa for all your beauty servicing needs, you won’t be disappointed!!!
