This location is so ass. Every time I’ve went they’re closed and they don’t respond on the speaker. They never have cold brew and can never assist. I love one drink and I kid you not I’ve been trying to order this drink for over a month but every single time I’ve came it’s always something.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get coffee. It all started to go downhill for me months and months ago when they always always replied "we're out of oatmilk" but then the quality started to decline too. I just went today after months of choosing other places, and my drink was so bad. The espresso tastes burnt, the soy I had to opt for (still no oat) must be completely watery. I threw it out, I couldn't even drink it. Sad and won't return.

Hidden gem! Loved the location and open loft/warehouse style. Great variety of blended drinks, including smoothies! My favorite was the piña colada! Very nice shopping experience. You can purchase their grounded coffee,biscotti, chips, and super cute drink ware. Everything is reasonably priced

I really love this place, I actually am a regular. My only complaint is one employee whose name tag said “Juan” not sure if that her real name tag or what. But she messed up my order so many times ☹️ When I asked her if she could kindly remake she was very rude, threw another shot in my cup and gave it back. Today I went in and was disappointed I got her again, I ordered my normal salted caramel brûlée.. she didn’t make any eye contact with me and seemed irritated. When she gave me my drink she just placed on the counter and walked away. My advice, maybe have a talk with her and train her on drinks and customer service. My initial thought was last time she was probably having a bad day. But today I see that is just the way she is ☹️ Not good for business guys.. please work on that.

So far. My experiences has been well they make amazing drinks. I love the coffee it’s great.
Unfortunately over I would say the last month or so I have noticed that there’s only one employee always working there’s never two. there’s no whip cream. They said that the owner refuses to fix the machine.
New staff isn’t making the drinks good anymore. It’s unfortunate. I really love Raw with coffee. I wish the owner would step up and get a lot of issues resolved.

This is the best coffee I've ever had, hands down. I do not live in this area but everytime I take a trip up north I make it a priority to grab a coffee from here for everyday I'm in the area. I usually get a large iced vanilla bean, half sweet and two extra shots and SUB regular milk for oat milk. It's so good that I literally don't even think about taking a picture because I just consume my drink and muffin (my fave is the walnut cinnamon, warmed and the cinnamon roll also warmed) without any other thought lol. I really wished they would open a location in San Bernardino county but until then I will continue to look forward to having one of their coffees as a part of my trip

The barista ruined it for us. I had previously been going to the Willow location for years when we go see the Christmas lights. The hot chocolates were barely warm and the peppermint mocha was not good. To top it off, I purchased five drinks, but she said you one get one drink stamp per visit. 👎🏼👎🏼
