This was my first professional massage and I'm glad I got one. I have a strained/pulled muscle in my lumbar that has had me down for 3 days now and I had reached out on Social Media for advice. I am so glad I did. Jody is very down to earth, professional, and very knowledgeable. After the massage therapy, I was able to move better, stand right, and walk without pausing.
