Beautiful location, love the history, very very very clean , and great management with prompt service and communication.. With every moment and Dollar wORTH it. Happy to have stayed at the RANDOLPH HOTEL on Chain O Lake. WE ARE HOPING TO COME BACK AND TRY THE JET SKI AND MORE RENTAL PLACE NEXT DOOR.. Also, beautiful seating on the lake in sand with twinkle lights. Would easily be a wonderful couple get away. A brewery conventionally downstairs, well priced delicious menu, open outside seating, great food with uniquely thought of menu. This hotel has it all.. Absolutely a gorgeous diamond hidden gem..

We stayed here for 4 weeks this past March, and had a great time. Ideal location right on Fox Lake with a great view. Hotel is historic and quaint plus VERY reasonably priced. Wish we had come here during summer.

Location is nice, but on the day we were scheduled to arrive we got moved to a different room that was merely a single bed and a desk, not even a nightstand! Property manager didn't reply to us for 2 days so we had to request a refund via airbnb.

We booked the suite for a girls weekend and it was perfect. It was big and beautiful. It has a full kitchen which we weren’t expecting. The location is great and right in the river. The hotel itself is on to of a brewery which proved to be very convenient.

I had a tiny issue after my stay but the staff was very kind and prompt in fixing the issue. Which is telling of how much they care about there small business! 10/10 would visit again!

I booked the apartment a month in advance for a girls trip. Everything was confirmed, even got the pass code to the door. Little did we know our reservation was canceled 30 minutes before check in!! We were left at night with out a place to stay. We called the phone number listed and the owner didn't even answer!! Shame on them!! How could you do that to people traveling

If your looking for a private, affordable and functional place to stay, this is it! It is right off of the lake tucked into a quiet nook with its own dock which was what sealed the deal for me, plus the woman who was the manager(jess) was extremely hospitable. She had the place completely cleaned and ready to go, anytime we had a question she took care of it asap, plus there was never any rush for us to get out of there like some hotels...most hotels. 5 star! Thanks!

Wonderful place to visit. cool vibe. Black Lung Brewery in the front has great food and drinks. right on the water. cool place for a getaway. Management was very accommodating, we had to switch to a different location half way thru our trip because of booking. They offered to take our luggage to the next airbnb. The manager Angie Left Hot Cheetos for my kids and coffee for my wife and I at the next location because of casual conversation at check in. very aware. It’s the small things that make all the difference. Kudos to you for noticing and taking action.
