Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a room with 2 queen beds in January for a 2 night stay in April. Called the hotel to confirm my reservation on March 31st and correct a couple of errors the hotel had on my reservation. Called again on April 2nd to make sure everything was correct and was told they had me down for 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Arrived at the hotel at 6:50 to check in and was asked if I needed 2 beds to which I replied yes I booked a room for 4 people. I was then told that they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds available and they could put me in a room with 1 king bed and would call me to move me for the 2nd night to a room with 2 queen beds. I had no choice but to accept this since there were volleyball & wrestling tournaments in town and no other rooms available. At 2 pm the 2nd day I went to the front desk to find out when they were going to move us and was told that none of the 2 queen rooms that were available had been cleaned yet and to come back at 4. I went back at 4 and after checking with the manager the front desk employee said he was moving me to 607 and then he started typing in his computer and after a couple of minutes told me they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds available and that I had to stay in the room with 1 king bed again.|I do not understand how a hotel can sell the room you reserved to someone else once, let alone 2 nights in a row.|Don't even get me started about how clean, or rather not clean the room was. Terrible sound insulation. Noisy kids up stairs and in the hall ways both nights. Also, the shower head was below my chin (I am 6' 1").|Overall this hotel is awful. Zero stars. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Straight up the best hotel ever! Rooms are nice, pool has an alligator, they've got a fountain in the lobby, and the older woman who was working in the kitchen in the morning is low-key a G! If anything just go to this hotel to dsay hi to her because she's chill! And best of all it's only a few minutes from Pizza Ranch!

I went back & forth on posting this because of how well the staff handled it; however I feel like it’s important others are aware! We found bed bugs in our room the morning of Sunday, April 13th. We were refunded our full amount & the manager said she would warn staff. They have multiple floors with rooms so my worry is they will not treat and check every room! The bathtubs were also dirty but that’s the least of my concerns after my husband was bit. I will attach a photo that was taken yesterday, Monday, April 14th around 8pm. Please make sure you flip the beds! And check the box springs. That’s where we found them.

The guy who checked me did a great job. But the room was horrible. Almost $250 per night and the room was nasty. Dust on every piece of furniture, carpet was not vacuumed, the thin light brown blanket on the bed was covered in long hair, and the tub had hair in it. I had to go out in a snow storm to buy a blanket and some lysol wipes and spray just to feel comfortable.

Great place to stay the night in Casper. Fast food restaurants are close by. My daughter enjoyed the pool and it’s only 3’5 so it’s safe for big girls. The water can be really hot in the room, something I enjoy but others might not.

Beds were small and off there bed frames. There was a there was an indent in the middle of our bed.
The pool was wonderful. Really all around enjoyed our stay except for the beds.

One star on the rooms because the bed was atrocious. Can’t believe how much per night this place costs when I would be more comfortable sleeping on a sheet of plywood in the bed of my pickup. Keys were constantly having to be remade, and the heater doesn’t have the option to turn the fan on for white noise so I get to hear everything in the adjoining rooms.

Rooms were clean, zero complaints there.

Service was good even though they seemed to be easily overwhelmed. Overall not ever looking forward to staying here again.
