Positive: I work remotely from out-of-town mostly but do come to the Fresno office when required which is 1/2 mile from your hotel. So proximity cannot be beat. That aside, the room price is reasonable, the amenities are all there and the staff is very pleasant. Negative: ""

This place needs a whole refresh. Room smelled the moment I walked in. Smelled of cigarettes and god knows what else. Dirty old carpet, old broken down furniture and bed. Slept with the window open in Summer 100 degree weather to have some breathable air. Wyndham should be embarrassed.

Customer service and friendliness of staff has improved greatly. Rooms are clean, the beds are perfectly made and it's cozy. Also, the grounds are well kept, the pool and hot tub are maintained.

Disappointed, stayed during a rainy day & had to shower with cold water, called front desk and they wouldn’t answer.
Bed sheets had what seemed like pubic hair, stains and didn’t smelled fresh clean.. the couch was full of stains, it was ripped and everything every old fashion. The halls have a weird smell, like the smell you get after touching coins, that oder kinda goes into your room.

Positive: Clean, nice courtyard, had microwave and mini fridge. Negative: Walls too thin can hear everything next door, smell of weed every time i open my door, 2 out if the 3 ice machines didn't work,no ice bucket.

My 1 night stay for business as a travel nurse working 13hr night shift, was fantastic! Dolores & Jocelyn at the front desk are very friendly, polite, positive, and the reasons I will be looking forward to returning. The pool is sparkling clean. And the AC and water pressure in the shower is strong. Thank you for a memorable welcome and stay. 1st time in Fresno.

The room was awful and was very stinky to the point my wife vomited when entering the room. I called the front desk and they were no help. We have family here in Fresno and visit often. We will never stay here again. Please note there had been some smoking in the room previously. The toilet was rocking. There were cigarette butts in front of the door to the room.

Positive: Very nice pool, comfortable beds, good AC, great location. Negative: The room had dirty walls, broken door areas, not well maintained, we asked for towels twice and never got them, the room key had to be reset each day after being stored in the special cover not near wallet.
