Positive: The front desk attendant was FANTASTIC!! Give this girl a raise! She was kind and laughed with us. She made us feel welcome. Negative: No. This was a typical 2.5 star hotel. Our basic needs were met. It wasn?t fancy, but that wasn?t what we were looking for. We needed a last minute hotel close to where we were. You could tell they were working on upgrades. We had no complaints.

Positive: Location is only positive about our stay. Hotel NOT even close to expectations. Should not be rated 2.5 stars. Run down, and dirty!! Negative: Upon arriving several tables were stacked with linens, Breakfast was bare minimum, waffles & bread for toast, Exhaust fan removed from bathroom leaving disgusting hole, Smoke detector hanging away from wall, Dirty sock by bed, Furniture not clean.

Find out the pools closed when we check in check into the room in the room less than 5 minutes the couch and the foot stool is literally covered in stains. Pillows sheets etc covered In stains, lamp broken and they charge you 150 for incidentals/damages. We Go back to ask for another rm. Get the same things wrong In that rm. Just dont if you don't have to. We checked out

Positive: Location Negative: They listed amenities as Swimming pool, iron and hair dryer. Did not have any of those. Found a live cockroach in our room the last night . Also no continental breakfast

The breakfast was horrible, toast an cereal, pool was closed no water in the pool, rooms were horrible, disgusting, the blankets where thin felt like curtains, the pillows were stiff. my friend saw a small bug on their phone we at first thot it was bedbugs but upon further investigation it was not. i woke up an had a bump on my chin tht was very itchy i now know i got bit, after showering saw another one of the small bugs we had seen the day before we searched the rooms an inside the trash can was a huge cockroach l. never will i ever go here again.

An older building and definitely a little outdated but so was most of this town I suppose. Service was super friendly. Rooms were okay and no breakfast was served in the morning just a waffle and toast maker. The coffee machine and juice machine were also broken and not working. Take your shower early or maybe at night either wise no hot water.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to I74. Negative: Overall, this is a run-down Ramada. It's the same (BAD) owners as the Super 8 Hotel off Brady Street across from the Cracker Barrel. The hotel is louder than I expected, I could hear people talk clearly through the walls and doors. Breakfast was poor.

Positive: The staff was very kind and understanding that the hotel was not up to standard. Negative: The hotel offers breakfast on the website. We were told they have bread and an assorted jellies. Not even juice because they were out. The elevator was filthy. There were white spots all over the walls and the floor was black from mud and dirt.
