Went here late night around 12 AM great that they are open late.

We got box combo and the chicken sandwich, chicken was big and juicy, sauce was also very tasty. Definitely recommend over Daves hot chicken.

First time trying canes and I loved it! The chicken was super tasty, crispy in the outside and tender on the inside. And the sauce? Totally obsessed. I’ll definitely coming back!

First time eating here and it was as good as everybody says it is. The kids certainly love it. It’s not just for the kids either…. I loved it too. Juicy and very flavorful.

It was a little on the pricey side, but it is one of the better chicken places around.

It’s clean and well lit with lots of free parking . The drive through was a pain though. I felt like a kindergartener riding my trike through the windy path of the playground. Not for the faint of heart driving a full sized truck either.

Food was good. However when going through the drive thru we placed our order with a very friendly employee loved his vibe. But when getting at the window they did not acknowledge that we needed our order telling us to move forward we drive off and went back in line to retrieve my order it took me the total of 49 minutes. Found out that I was not the only customer that went through the same issue 3 vehicles had the same problem. The employees were very distracted. Maybe if the employees would get a raise they would take their job a little serious. First time coming to this location (Chula Vista) and the worst experience ever.

It's typically very busy, but the food is delicious! The juicy chicken tenders and signature sauce are meant to be together. I love their lemonade, it's sweet but not too sugary. A small but good fast food chicken place with indoor seating. Some of the outdoor seats have heaters over them. Great for a fast food place at the mall with a drive thru.

I understand long lines during busy hours, but 25+ minutes is crazy especially for canes. I’m writing this review not because of the wait time, but because of the quality of the chicken and fries. They were half the usual size and looked like nuggets and not tenders. Canes depression chicken and soggy fries is flat out not it anymore. Do better !!!

The food was so good. The chicken was so soft but it still had a crunch.
The chicken was also hot like it should be. The service was so good. Considering the amount of cars, they served us pretty fast. The aura Cane's gave off was very relaxing. They even had some shade at the drive through so I wouldn't burn in the sun while waiting. I waited like 1 minute and they're were a LOT of cars there.
