SaraLyn is amazing! As a dancer and someone that exercises my body daily, I've had a couple lingering (and building) problems in my back that have accumulated through the years. I articulated these problem areas to SaraLyn, and the care and informed precision she had with addressing these issues really made me feel that I was with someone who knows their stuff. My mom, sister and I had massages and we all agreed they were some of the best massages we have ever had. SarahLyn somehow manages to work on you Mr problem areas while giving you a relaxing massage at the same time. She is warm and welcoming. My sister and I also did the friendscape yoga and it was a great way to relax and release stress. Do yourself a favor and book a treatment with SarahLyn.

I've have had several massages from SarahLynn, she is AMAZING! She has an intuitive ability to find the places that need work when if I didn't realize it. I've never come away from a session with her without feeling so much better. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed, her space is soothing. She uses cupping and energy work to release tension and pain. I can't recommend her enough.

If you’ve never had a massage with reflexology before… it’s a must!! Sarah Lyn at Rainforest Bodyworks For Women in Ketchikan, Alaska was absolutely incredible! I had hot rock and cupping therapy with massage that just loosened me up so much!! I highly recommend any woman to call on Sarah for any of your relaxation needs including yoga.

She is the best, she listens to my body, communities with me, and has so much knowledge. My body feels like a brand new body every time I see her. I love getting massages from SarahLyn. She listens to your concerns and works expertly to relieve pain and symptoms. Her pressure is always perfect and I leave feeling like a new person. To begin, do not be fooled if you drive up to a house. Sarah Lyn coverted an upstairs apartment into her studio. It is a lovely, welcoming place and very peaceful. I participated in a Chakra balance class for stretching, fascia release and learn something new. Sara Lyn was wonderful! She will guide you throughout the moves and give you assistance. She has blocks and blankets, etc... to aid in movements. She has a calming voice and wonderful personality as well. Note...you pay upfront when you book online which aids to no stress when attending. Later, will post about the "Friendscape" yoga...the best!!

The best! The hot stone was a nice added touch for relaxation. The cupping did wonders for a problem area I didn’t know existed until SarahLyn worked it! I did the 90minute and I fully recommend it!!! I’m excited to continue relaxation here. A nice tranquil setting and accommodations.I’m booking my mom a trip here soon. Everyone needs to treat themselves here.
