As someone who constantly breaks their nails… this was such a great experience at Raindrop! I’ve had acrylics the past few months to grow them out (Tracy does a wonderful almond shape!). I finally had long enough nails under to remove them. Easy and painless process that kept my nails IMMACULATE! Then Tracy went in with Builder Base Sweet Dream (I loved the strawberry yogurt color!). This will help keep my nails strong and grow out. Thinner than acrylic; thicker than gel and traditional polish. AND SO FAST! Highly recommend. I feel like a nail model ❤️❤️ Raindrop is my absolute favorite. Ask for Tracy for nails and Mimi for pedicure. You won’t regret it.

I literally will never return here. Im HIGHLY disappointed in my nails. This almost ruins getting acrylics in general. I came home literally crying with how disappointed i am. My acrylic didnt go up anywhere near my nail bed. The lady i worked with was sweet, however she didnt give me the right size nails to begin with and shaved off half my natural nail to the point it started hurting. After filing my nail down, it was crooked and didnt match the rest of my nails. I know my nails and they grow straight. Not a single one of my nails are crooked and the tech got mad at me when i asked her to remove the nail and fox it. (She didnt remove it and left it be) The lengths are wrong and dont match up. Not to mention the acrylic doesnt go all the way down on the sides of my nails. I also payed $95!!! Which is insane for how terrible my nails look ! If im paying $95 for my nails- i expect them to look professional, not like my little sister did them at home. I expect a full refund. This place is ridiculous !! DO NOT recommend to ANYBODY !!!!

I have been going here for years, and I absolutely love it. The quality and the atmosphere are top tear. They always figure out how to do the designs I want. I adore it here. I will not go anywhere else.
