We got the whirlpool suite which was nice to have. It was nice just everything half-done. Went to grab towels and noticed there were only 2 hand towels in our room. Called down for towels. Noticed they didn’t change toilet paper, it was clearly used and not much left. We ran out of toilet paper and there was none in the room. Old milk and water in the fridge. The plug on the whirlpool must have broke because they just used a cheap one for it instead of the one that comes with the tubs. So the water drained out slowly because the plug moved easily. Hallway on our floor reeked of cigarettes.

Also it seems the owners only respond to positive reviews. I hope they read the negative and make some changes.

Rooms are just ok...both bed side table lamps were not working. Service is good though.. the reception staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms need upgrades. Also, experienced an unpleasant smell everywhere upon entering the hotel in the afternoon.

Called at 7am asking if I could check in at 1 because I am diamond with choice rewards and the woman that answered said yes. When I got to hotel at 1 the front desk girl named Maddy told me I had to wait. Waited till 1:30. Told her I had a service animal and she asked me for paperwork!!!!!! Ummm that’s highly illegal! Clearly she has no idea what she is doing. Must be her first hotel job! Hotels cannot ask for paperwork for a service animal ONLY what service the dog has to my disability. Then she calls the manager and the manager is asking me how big my dog is!? Then as she takes him off speaker phone I heard him say something about deposit YOU CANNOT CHARGE MORE OR ANY FEES FOR SERVICE ANIMAL! Like really?! My friends just stayed here four days ago and only payed a $50 deposit. Now four days later the deposit goes up to $75! Very rude front desk person! My dog is trained better! Will not be coming back here! Can’t wait to check out and just checked in! Not to mention was met by a roach by the elevator! Learn your job and laws before you ask someone illegally for paperwork from a person with a disability and then charge them higher deposit! I stayed here two months ago and had no issue at front desk when I had my service dog with me! Hair all in and on the sheets, sheets don’t even fit the bed, sheets are beyond worn out you can see the mattress through them, nasty floors!

Room I got was never cleaned. Bathtub had dirt stains. No pillows. No towels and Floors where dirty. Most of all there was no alarm/smoke detectors at all no room phones. Unbelievable then I told the person at front desk and she said maybe we ran out of pillows, and we’ll clean ur room tomorrow. Really? Paid for 2 nights i couldnt even stay one more night in there.

Just wanted to take the time to stop and thank this business and it's amazing wonderful staff. The rooms are always immaculate.
Everyone that works here is amazingly kind and they all are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sweet, quiet, relaxing getaway. Oh and don't forget to check out the awesome and very clean bar that is located in the lobby of the hotel. My wife and I love this hotel and will continue to come back.

I was vouchered this hotel by united since my flight was cancelled I believe I spent more on the cab ride to the hotel then the cost of the hotel They do offer a shuttle but on the hour and I had just missed it
The hotel check in gentleman at night was polite and made a shuttle reservation for the next morning The hotel itself is showing its age although clean paint is peeling and floors need replacing
The room itself was a nice size with a king bed The amenities were lacking as there was no soap in the dispenser at the sink, coffee machine was broken and also they supplied wrong coffee for a pod machine
I checked out at 7am and the coffee station was not set up and old cold coffee was in the pot

I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely deceived. The photos online are completely misleading—what you see is definitely NOT what you get.
The room was dirty, rundown, and had a strong musty smell.
The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy, and washroom not working properly. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I complained. Honestly, I felt like I was cheated out of my money. The price I paid for this so-called "experience" was outrageous. It’s clear this hotel is only interested in taking your money and offering as little as possible in return. I would never recommend staying here to anyone—avoid it at all costs.

We stay two night and in group of people but management does not care about customer . Discrimination and harassment at top level

They did not even provide breakfast though it was included and looted is very well .

Great hotel. I’m very surprised it’s not a higher rated hotel. My room was very clean. The bed is so comfortable. Perfect sized television. And it’s in a very safe location. I’m going to stay here anytime I’m in Schaumburg.
