This hotel opened a few months ago. It recently transitioned from the Four Points to the Radisson. This hotel is updated and very clean. The property has great amenities to include an indoor pool, complementary breakfast and a fitness center. The room was very comfortable, I had a great stay. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was a delicious hot meal, and the amenities were inviting (pool and exercise room) Negative: The bar was not open because it was "out of season." It would be helpful to know this ahead of time. It wasn't a problem. But a reminder that it would be helpful to know things like this ahead of time, if possible.

Was not the cleanest room, lots of hair on the sheets, the floor, the bathroom counter, the walls of the shower, corner of bathroom floor tiles dirty and never cleaned, I am not certain the sheets were washed but they were made like they were. Tv was sluggish and said can’t connect to server so we just turned the tv off. Overall I would say they need to increase their room cleaning. Got there late and didn’t have the energy to complain and change rooms but it served its purpose for the 8hrs we stayed here. The bar was closed when we arrived, did not swim in the pool so no review about that.

We spent 3 nights at this stay and play hotel for the Nike qualifier. Upon check in there were notes all over that there would be no cleaning service due to a staffing shortage. What that also meant was there was no cleaning service, no clean towels, garbage service, bar service, or enough food for breakfasts. When you have a full hotel with months notice you should hire a third party cleaning crew and buy more towels or reduce your rates and give everyone notice in case they want to switch hotels. This location should be removed from the stay and play hotel list.

The room was big, and right back the back door where we could take our little dog outside easily. The only complaint I have is that their pet deposit is 75 where most are 50, and it was so hot in the room, 78, when we got there. The staff was so nice, the breakfast was good, and it was right by the highway. Thanks we will be back.

Positive: The front desk woman is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond to make sure your reservation taken care of & the housekeepers that they had were amazing, they went above and beyond trying to check on if we needed anything in the room done ? ? Negative: The hotel owner/management told the women due to shortage of housekeepers do not go in and help do anything, instead he put up a sign saying due to shortage of housekeepers, sit your own trash out & towels & they will bring you some back to your room sad

We stayed for a week and Darlene and Rosa made sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. Truly a 5 star experience! All the staff were very friendly and the room was just what we needed. I can’t thank those ladies enough.

Unfortunately most of their staff quit the night before our stay so we had no room service, had to put used towels outside door, didn’t get any back, elevator broke during stay, no trash taken out. No bar service. Felt bad for the one front desk worker who was working 24/7. Room doors very loud, walls paper thin
