Within 5 minutes of walking in I had my food. Hands down the best Pho I have ever had. I had steak and brisket. The broth was incredible!

Boba was incredible, so was the side dish. Both 10/10.

Service is also 10/10. They are fast, and friendly. Prices are very good also.

Highly recommended if you are in the area. When I come back to the bay I will make sure to visit again.

Superb service, lots of options, I tried bun bo hue it was decent but missing pig feet. Big portions I got large and super fast. Overall great place to come to if you need to be in and out quick, they also have a wide selection of Vietnamese food

Been coming here since they opened up. Bahn Mi’s have almost been a must get, and the pho is absolutely the best in town. Their Vietnamese coffee will out an energy drink in its place. Love getting a combo rice plate during the summer and the salad is also so crisp and refreshing.

Service staff here is unbeatable and always remembers their regulars.

Very authentic Vietnamese stop! Their store is small but service is pretty fast.

We got the grilled beef bahn mi, the grilled beef spring roll and prawns. The bahn mi was crunchy in the outside, soft in the inside. The prawns were okay.

They also have fresh coconut water and boba

What a wonderful place to call or even walk in and eat.
This is a family restaurant that welcomes everyone like if part of the family.
Food is great and flavorful.
Like the garlic noodles with tofu.
Or a vietnamese sandwich in beef, chicken, pork or tofu.
You have the same or even more options with the soup.
The point is that you have plenty of delicious food to choose from.

While waiting for our dog to get tests and be treated by an oncologist, my husband treated me to a wonderful Vietnamese food lunch at R&D Cafe in San Lorenzo. R&D Cafe has many tasty, sizable dishes at great prices.

The proprietors were warm, gracious and attentive as they took our order and served us. The place was bustling with nearby high school students in line buying carry out lunch; the tables were full of diners. And folks just kept on coming, filling up the small cafe. The vibe inside was friendly and comfy with people chatting and delighting in their meal, as did we. Being there felt good—a little slice of diverse Bay Area community joy. My husband and I happily thanked the proprietors. We were happy that the oncology assistant referred us to R & D Cafe.
