Ordered two popcorn chickens at this location and they just made only one box of popcorn chicken. Should have checked the bag. Their fried tofu are to peppered up and the rose milk tea was made awful. Waffle fries were soggy. The only good thing was the brown sugar latte.

The owner refused to give us a refund on a poorly made drink. At first we ask for a simply thing as just remaking the drink but that seem to have angered him. The place was a mess with 5-10 flies flying around as we talked about if I could get a refund. The menu is trash go to other quicklys for a better variety but most importantly quality.

The service was TERRIBLE. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant.
The lady behind the counter was rude to me and was yelling at the chef. The chef fried my chicken and then took his lunch during my stay there. He turned around in his chair and stared at me with hate in his eyes for a good 10 seconds as I was eating my popcorn chicken. My chicken was undercooked and I got salmonella from it. Later that day I was violently sick and I realized he did this to me on purpose. I've taken 2 days off work and will have to take the next 2 days off. I'm NEVER coming back here.
I've reported them to Alameda Public Health Department.
