I'm late on writing about my experience from a little under two weeks ago, but I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. My first visit here was nice and average, but this second one, not at all.

To sum it up, I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do it. The nails came out looking nothing like the picture. While she was doing them, I was vocal *a few times* about how I thought the colors she chose were off from the picture but she insisted it would work out so I was like oook.

I paid $70 alone for the nails. $82 with her tip. Normally I tip generously but I was really unhappy with my nails and I know anyone could see that they looked awful and I wasn't happy.
Initially I left but after sitting for a few minutes in my car I realized I had spent close to $100 to be stuck with ugly acrylic nails i hated. So i went back in and I asked if she could just get rid of the two nails with the simple design on them as you can see in the pictures and make it all the one solid color and she threw a FIT.
She went off saying "uh why didn't you say something, you said you liked your nails?" Then she starts going off in her native language to the other techs (rude). She starts handling my hands really rough and huffing and puffing. Then when she finished them she pushes my hands away and says "k you can go now."

So rude and unprofessional. That's how you're going to act to have to just simply fix a couple nails? I didn't ask for the entire set to be redone. I found her response so childish and rude. I was NOT disrespectful by the way, that's not how I am.

I would never recommend this place to anyone if you want something nice that's not solid colors. The matte finish was also so uneven and so ugly.

PS, at least they do look normal now all solid burgundy- but they've already started chipping. It started a week in.

Always so good!!!! Ann is the best with designs!!! She does clean and precise work and gets you out quick!!! Everyone is so friendly and sweet

Really hit or miss. Consistency and quality is the problem. When either of the 3 gentlemen do my nails I have zero complaints. If one of the female techs does my nails, they speed through it and the quality lacks. I have natural nails and only get Dip manicures. My thumb varnish is now lifting, yet the other nails look great. I just need to make it a point to make appointments with the best techs.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! I showed Anne a Pinterest photo as inspiration for what I wanted. She took that inspo but made it a million times better! She took the creativity to the next level and added her own touch and chose the colors and just gave me my dream nails! Don’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for incredible nails each and every time!

To start off i have very healthy nails this is only 10 days old. Not too sure who did my nails, she seemed new and didn't know what she was doing at all. Because I look "young" they give the bare minimum and make you still pay full price. She did the chrome with a makeup brush and then her partner had to tell her to do it with a sponge. I have a messed up nail instead of adding a nail to it, she "built it" and not even 4 days all the nails lifted. Wasn't going back to pay for them to take them off that's crazy to me. Mainly the messed up one was the practically falling off. Get a new place. I give them chance after chance and they only have 2 really great nail techs. Don't waste money! Not to mention she argued with me that all the nails were the same size and the picture clearly shows their not.

I used them for my eye brow wax and was always satisfied so I decided to get my manicures done here as well, they are great and they seem to wow me each visit. Everyone is super nice and today Diane did the most beautiful Halloween set for me and she took her time and paid attention to small details… I highly recommend.

Update: each set has been amazing these were my fav! For Over a year and they take care of my real nails (always the dip) but I will not go anywhere else.. still great service and everyone is still so nice

This is the third time me and my sister came and they have always been amazing! They even fit is in when we don’t have an appointment although I do suggest you make an appointment. They are on the pricey side so expect to spend but totally worth the price. The staff is nice and the salon is always clean. Even if you want a simple manicure or pedicure they are great! Would recommend to anyone.
