If you are looking to have a birthday party/pool party here they were wonderful! We were able to book last minute, they were extremely accommodating to all of our needs, staff was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! The pool was clean and warm and it was very affordable! Highly recommend!

Bedding clearly was not changed after the last guests, there were long strands of hair in BOTH of our beds. Along with suspicious yellow spots on both comforters. Attendant was too lazy to go to the linen closet at night, so she gave us a gross, worn throw blanket and one extra sheet. Bathroom was surprisingly ok, minus the soiled shower curtain which should've been replaced ages ago. It's like every white piece of cloth here is stained and worn out. Extra star only because of the free breakfast.

Looking at the reviews, it's clear that the high ratings are either from people who were given cash incentives to do so, or are bot accounts. Do not fall for it. This is a nasty, unkempt "budget" hotel where the staff just doesn't care.

Positive: It was clean. The bed was comfy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Negative: They had the same breakfast all 8 days we stayed. It would be nice if they switched it up a bit. Other than that, a really nice stay.

I truly don't know how this hotel has so many positive reviews. Nearly every aspect of this place is lower than expectations even for a budget hotel stay. The room we stayed in was not clean and had both dust and hair everywhere; our door knob was even partially broken (see picture). Plus there seems to be no maintenance or money put back into the hotel to up keep it. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was barely warm. The breakfast was filled in the morning but the food did not seem fresh so we didn't eat. We stayed here as part of a large group gathering for the weekend and everyone else's rooms were in the same condition; one other family even found men's swimming trunks behind the door in their bathroom. Disgusting. We would not stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Pool and hot tub are amazing. Staff is friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Can't say enough about how great our stay was.

Came here to unwind a couple days , very clean hotel, nice breakfast, curtisious staff, beds so very comfortable, shampoo and conditioner in the shower for your use, washer n dryer phacilitty, snack machine takes only a 100 or 150 clean rooms no bedbugs, quiet friendly staff. We have all good to say about our visit and will be returning as quest. Thank you.

Room was dirty, booked the suite, it was dirty. I had to SCRUB the whirl pool myself. It was my birthday.. my grandkids came to visit me for my 52nd & booked a separate room, when they came to my room to visit me about 2mins later my phone rang and the voice said “the police will be here in 10 minutes it’s too many of you, you all have to go” he didn’t even care to listen, my 2 daughters popped up w 4 kids under 10 to surprise me for my birthday & and booked a separate room literally just stopped in to see me he didn’t want to hear nothing, I got no refund was there for 2 hours we spent in total 215 dollars on those 2 rooms.
I just wouldn’t recommend. And the crazy part is a whole family of 7 was there in the Jacuzzi and it was ok. But when my daughters and their kids got they own room and simply came to my room to visit me… it was too much, the whole sycamore police department was there. And we still got NO refund.
