We had a good experience. The rooms had recently been upgraded and was very clean with no signs of bugs or dirt. Comfortable new mattresses and it was quiet. Breakfast offerings had a decent breakfast and the employees were very nice. I would stay here again.

LOUDEST Hotel ever. Not because of location, Willows is literally the middle of nowhere, but their DOORS. The room doors themselves are SO loud, but if your room is located near one of the exits? God help you. It sounds like someone is SLAMMING it with all their might every time it closes. You can literally feel the vibration. We had the pleasure of being in a room right between an exit and a room with a gentleman who was either arriving or leaving at around 3:30 a.m. who apparently had a lot of luggage. So for about 15 minutes we heard his door SLAM and the exit door SLAM back to back until I finally caught him in the hallway and asked him to keep it down reminding him of the time, the obvious noise the doors were making and how there is an exit through the lobby with a quieter door NOT right next to several other rooms. Why on earth a business whose main purpose is to provide a place to rest has the LOUDEST DOORS ON THE PLANET is fascinating to me. Especially when there are several solutions to this. A few other things to note; the bathtub was old and grimy and had a hair in it upon check in. One corner of our room smelled like pee. We had booked a room with a jetted tub and called ahead to confirm this was still the case only to be given a regular, ground floor room with no jetted tub next to the roaring gates of Hell. There was a large occupied spider web on the light fixture of the bathroom. When my bf left the next morning to check in at the race track, I went to the lobby to get coffee (btw continental breakfast ends at 9, accurately advertised but earlier than most places) upon returning to my room I realized the second key card given to us wouldn’t open our room. I had to call the front desk to let me in. Also I tried to put this all on Yelp but surprise! They don’t have one. Not shady at all. We came here to get a good night’s rest before an early start at the race track the next day. We got about two hours of sleep. Would have been better off sleeping at home and leaving before dawn to get there. FIX YOUR DOORS!

1. Bedbugs are active or cockroaches. The rooms stink like mold and cigars. Sadly it’s in a small town out of no where I had to go for vacation. I saw the room but these rooms are way to small. Literally you have a bed then a sink hanging over your bed. It’s ridiculous worse than motel 6.

This hotel has ok agent at the front desk but as seen on CCTV spends all the time using there phones. A few weird random people walking the property at night time

Paper thin walls which is normal
Bed was comfortable but my wife and I found bed bugs or some type of roaches in the sheets with small blood stains.

Please use caution when staying in the hotel bringing your luggage.

This hotel should fumigate the property for roaches and bed bugs and inspect all rooms and start cleaning better and invest in rmeoelsinf the rooms so that way people can fit

They claim two Queen beds
They were twin beds if that …. Small motel 6 beds originally it was for two beds then they only had one bed when we checked in

Second night we got the room move into a two bed room which was even worse

I’ll never come back to this hotel or motel unless they investigate and invest in making the rooms bigger and more cleaner and inspect for bugs and bed bugs and roaches

No area to put your personal items while bathing. Just a sink hanging on the wall exterior towels are on the back of the tolite and very poor water pressure in the shower. I loved the huge walk in shower but had a hard time rinsing out the shampoo from my hair. Bed was great. No tea bags period so if you drink tea bring your own.

This quality Inn is one of the best. It is a little more expensive because it’s in the middle of nowhere. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. It has a workout room and the breakfast is decent with lots of great parking. RVs semi trucks U-Haul trailers U-Haul’s. It could fit them all.

We really liked the location, right in town, close to Thunderhill Raceway, however... it is probably one of the most undermaintained and poorly serviced hotels we stayed at in the past 10 years!
Seriously, the light when entering our room didn't work, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the A/C had only 2 modes: full blast or off, no way to get any auto control of the temperature. The breakfast had self-service waffle machine (that's a plus) but hardly anything else worth eating. First morning there was fresh coffee and some yogurt, second morning had to ask for yogurt and the kitchen attendant looked very inconvenienced when she brought out some yogurt and the third morning there was no-one at the kitchen or the front desk... no yogurt (I consider yogurt a "safe" food when all else fails) and no coffee, only tasteless muffins. While the night check-in customer service was OK, the morning front desk person was clearly avoiding us or avoiding having to do anything. Not an impressive experience over-all.

The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately, the rooms were unsatisfactory. In one of the rooms the AC was broken and it was hot. The toilet also wasn’t flushing because the chain was disconnected. After taking a shower. There was a leak.

Everything was good EXCEPT BED BUGS OR FLEAS. We stayed 2 nights and when in the room we put our shoes near the door and wear slippers in the room. Ever since the stay we feel itchy when wearing the shoes again and I have hella bug or flea bites around my ankle where the shoe ends. Also have bug bites on my tricep and forearm and my chest, so that might be from bed bugs?

Never staying there again.
