Room needs better maintenance- hook of bathroom door and receptacle for hair dryer gone with screws still in the wall and the closet door had gouge-like areas across it. Also the room-darkening shades were in shreds. Breakfast was very lacking- only waffle maker, 2 cold cereals,bagels with no cream cheese available, bread and Danish. Could have had yogurt & instant oatmeal like most hotels. Only had dry creamer-not good.

Where do I begin?
Cigarette butt's on floor.
Mold in shower.
No bulbs in lamp
Only 1 bulb in 3 bulb vanity light.
Bathroom light/fan didn't work.
Had to use heat light to see. That lit up but didn't heat.
Chairs and drapes were clawed up by a cat.
Packet that door cards were in was bent and coffee stained.
Guest serv8ce was a joke.

Positive: That it had a bed Negative: Lack of choices on complimentary breakfast. OJ/Apple juice didn't work. Lack of feeling "clean" while in room. Holes in ceiling in bathroom creeper me out

Came to visit family. Last year stayed at super 8 next door and was so bad decided to try here. Room was disgusting with stains all over curtains and carpet and beds. Refrigerator did not work and spoiled wife's breastmilk. Indoor pool was down. And breakfast had little to offer other than the usual make it yourself waffle maker. Obvious painted over mold spots on ceiling. Would not recommend. Probably a better and healthier choice to stay in your car.

I didn't book this place thinking it would be a luxurious palace. The moment i walked in, the smell in the lobby was unpleasant, and i dont even know what it was. Honestly, it was sort of smelly feet mixed with bad food. The bathtub ran all night long (see video), and there was nothing I could do to stop it. The towel holder on the back of the door came off and hit me square in the toe. The rest of the room was a basic cheap hotel, so that was fine and expected.

Positive: it was conveniently located and cheap Negative: booked a king, got 2 queens, room needed repair Worst breakfast I have ever attempted to eat at a hotel and a pair of jeans were stolen while I was trying to eat breakfast So weird and invasive.

This hotel didn't have key cards. Instead, it had a PIN code that you entered into the keypad on the room door. The PIN was given to me in a used key card sleeve, so it isn't changed when guests leave or come back. As a professional in the access control industry, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I could go back to the hotel right now and unlock that door. Judging by the pattern, the key codes are easily guessable as well, which raises even more red flags. If I wanted to be malicious, I believe I could've figured out the PIN for any room in less than five minutes. This is absolute insanity and I am leaving reviews outlining this problem so people DO NOT stay here until it is fixed.

UPDATE: I reached out to corporate per the review response and they said they would investigate. Have not heard any updates, but if they still have PIN pads for the doors, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like a Quality Inn of 40 years ago, this location was fine. The lock on the door to the room was the only error, and after a few moments of tapping and adjustment, it served it's purpose.
