Staying at this hotel, my experience was pretty good. At Check in was a bit awkward, like unfriendly, but it changed. Staff were very friendly from morning to night.
Breakfast could use some help.
The gym also needs upgrades. The pool was closed. It is winter so it makes sense.
The room was very clean. Yes, maybe a bigger TV could help. TV too small for the size of the room.

Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here! Not a lot of options to choose from in this area but I wouldn't stay here again!!! After a long 8 1/2 hour drive from Oklahoma I was excited to watch my son play basketball for the weekend and relax(soak) in my suite. After checking in and unpacking my bags I noticed the tv was really small(32 inch) so I reached out to the front desk to see why my tv was so small in my suite and if I could swap it out for a bigger tv. The manager was very rude and told me they aren't required to have a particular size tv in the suite. After taking a nap I headed to my son's basketball game and I returned to my room and was ready to soak in the jacuzzi tub but first I would've to clean it myself because it was covered in someone else's hair and wasn't clean🤢 I took a shower afterwards and to my surprise, also finding someone else's hair stuck to the walls!! So instead of complaining about the small tv I should've been complaining about housekeeping because this was just filthy and nasty... My bad I forgot to mention the $30 credit for the filthy room🙃

Pretty decent hotel for the price! Stayed 2 nights (Fri-Sun) in September. The day manager Matt was especially helpful, but all the staff was friendly and able to help with anything we needed. There are some things that could use updating, but overall it was clean and good for the price. Took off a star because it was a little rough around the edges (scuffs on the walls/trim, vending area on 2nd floor being painted so no ice machine) but I'd definitely stay here again.

I answered a survey regarding my stay at Quality Inn, Quincy IL, 10/10 to 10/12/24. For the cost of the room, a suite with two queen beds, I expected a clean hotel and a problem free room. The room freezer in the kitchenette had 2 inches of ice which caused food I expected to eat later to spoil. The Keurig did not work after three attempts to make a cup of coffee. My sister and I planned to split the cost of our two night stay but there was a front desk manager who said that was not possible. She later explained this could be done with a 7-10 delay in the credit to be returned to the card. In addition the carpet in the hallway was heavily soiled with the appearance of oil spills down the corridor. The hallways were not cleaned or mopped with a collection of dirt leading to the elevator.

The hotel was very clean and updated, with a walk-in shower. My room was quiet, although I could hear a toilet flush when I was awake, but nothing woke me. ||The breakfast included the typical hotel offerings, not very appealing to me but at least quick food and coffee without having to go elsewhere.||Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The place was clean and the workers were friendly. The breakfast was well too. The rooms were clean. The photos show a pool, but there’s no hot tub anymore and the pool was closed for the season.

Awesome place to stay! I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and had many lamps to add brightness. Ac was adjustable to the perfect temperature and not too loud. Pillows were a little too soft to my liking but overall the bed was comfy. No tub but bathroom was spacious and clean. I recommend this place! Also the desk staff were so nice!!
