Key card problems, hospitality lacked, free breakfast was not so appealing, rooms were not so pleasant, bed wasn't big enough as described, small pillows, wasn't hospitable as described when booking, pictures were over exaggerated. Will wait for better areas to Open.

Under renovation, it should be closed or at least limit to certain parts of the building. They are trying to do the whole place at once and remain open

I had a room and the lamp had a short circuit, I then moved rooms and this room was worse💀the mirror came off the uneven hooks, the light when you walk in was blinking
I moved the bed and it was dusty and trash under it
I removed the covers and there was a stain on the sheets and it was some red marks on the covers . I asked for a new room and was told that there were not any more king bed suites so I was stuck with that room. Steadily tapping on the door with a pen even though I had extended the stays as well as late check out. I appreciated the ability to extend the stay but I did not like that they charged me regular rates instead of the choice hotel rate in which my reservation was under with my membership but it’s all done now.

Positive: Nothing, I never went because I had a day set the week before and when I spoke on the mistake I was told I'd get my refund!It's been 14 days and still no refund! Negative: I didn't get my refund as promised!

Everything was great here from check in to check out. My only complaint is the Wifi is extremely unstable. If you need the Wifi for work and not pleasure, don't book this hotel. You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. The agent did inform that the Wifi wasn't that good, but I needed that pertinent information before I made reservations.

I wouldn't use Quality to describe this hotel. It was somewhere to stay. Deceived by the photo of pool on Google. I was told the pool was removed 5 years ago. The breakfast was typical for continental. The floor was nice in the room we had. Everything else could use TLC.

Decent room for the cost.
Floors seemed sticky, Iron was dirty and left dirty burn mark on clothing when I ironed.
bedding had spots that looked like ink on it, very small pillows, asked for more but was told that there were no more.
Housekeeping was good, room had a weird musty smell to it.
Curtains didn't close, only sheer in the middle and it had a huge stain on it like from a cigarette burn or something.
I would have liked to close the entire curtain seeing that there was someone in the back grassy area singing and talking loudly each night.
The bathtub had lots of blue spots in it that wouldn't come out when I tried to clean so made sure to shower in my shoes.
Breakfast was decent and room temperature was nice.

It can be a 5 star hotel if the front desk stop with the shenanigans. 10-15 minutes check-in per person. Also the foundation is crumbling needs a new parking lot and new flooring on the inside and more lighting because the hallways were kinda dark.
