Positive: It is in a nice area. It?s not like every other Quality Inn it?s a nice room. Well worth the price. Negative: We got the room because of the pool, unfortunately the pool wasn?t open when we were there, but it below zero outside for days, so they probably couldn?t keep it heated enough.

Located close to hospitals, restaurants and gas stations. Rooms are a bit out dated. I'm not too convinced that the bed sheets are washed and replaced after each visit. Their were orange stains on the heming of the fitted sheet. There was a dead roach in the freezer of the refrigerator!! At around 3am the fire alarm went off, no fire, but when I asked the front desk clerk about it he brushed me off. The alarm was not turned off until 8:15am!!!! I couldn't sleep with a strobe flashing light and loud alarm going! I asked again why they are not turning off the alarm and again brushed me off saying he was waiting on someone to do it. 5 hours waiting ?!? Ridiculous! Breakfast was very basic. Pancakes were not fully cooked, sausage patties were good, eggs were microwaved and no flavor. Bagels, muffins and sliced bread was good. Coffee was good. Bananas and cereal was fresh. On my last day there i got to meet, Alma, the front desk clerk, she was very sweet and professional.

Was here sharing a night with my husband. So first room was on third floor and he told the woman he didn't want a basic room and was clear and precise. After checking the room had to go down front desk again. This time he got the room but it was dirty. Then once again had to go to the front desk and get third room. So the third room was perfect,but being woke up in the morning at 5 am because fire alarm. There was no fire. Went down to see if there was any commotion with the fire alarm and when the light would go off. Needless to say they tell me that the strobe light will go off soon
Nope still on an hour and half later not very happy.

Good for the price. The breakfast was not bad, not great, just good.
The rooms are old and small but have everything you need to spend the night.
Didn’t use the pool.

Wait. Bed is clean. Outlets...near the bed

Who knows why you might stop here. You'll be glad you did.

My customer service was great when the available staff was present to help. My room was nice and clean. Great location away from the hustle and bustle.

Positive: I did not stay at this hotel. Hotel owner said I could not stay because I had my three grandkids Negative: The owner was very rude. Would not give me a refund when he said I could not stay. Now I'm paying for somewhere that I didn't stay
